Ellen L.Not sure if this is unusual but I had a terrible experience with Snap plumbing. Last week when my toilet broke they told me they had limited techs working and schedule for today, Tues. 13th. I waited all day, at 5 pm I called and was told the tech was on the other side of town but coming. At 6:30 pm I called again and the woman said the plumber said he came and was turned away. TOTAL LIE. No tech showed up. Didn't call. Just lying. Very sad since other reviews said they are good.
Danyael G.Called these guys out for a leaking tub faucet that turned out to be a corroded and busted cartridge. They sent Chris Prince and he was great. He was really responsive, very professional while remaining friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them!
