Looking for an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, and EFFICIENT plumbing company that can provide excellent, knowledgeable and thorough service?  I was too! And I found all those things -and more- from a company called SNAKE & ROOTER.
Don't forget that name: Snake & Rooter.
They were surprisingly able to provide our huge problem with SAME DAY SERVICE.

Typical plumbing companies force you to wait 2-3 days but my situation was quickly assessed on the phone by Debbie (whose voice was more like an angel than a receptionist) and we were immediately put on their priority list.  To my shock, their well-trained serviceman, Daniel, was driving into my driveway just 4 hours later!  He analyzed the situation then quickly put a plan of action into motion.  Within 45 minutes, my problem was no longer a problem! Now here's where most companies stop. They'd shake hands and leave.  Not SNAKE & ROOTER! ...Daniel asked if there was anything else that needed attention while he was there.  Well, as a matter of fact, YES!  And within several more minutes, that too was completely taken care of, all under the same 'service call' price.  Wow!  Ya just don't see service like that these days... without putting up a fuss, he did it with a pleasant, genuine smile.

I can't remember feeling so good about having strangers in my house.  Fact is, when Daniel left, I felt he was more of a friend than someone I'd just met.  He was that friendly while still remaining respectful and professional.  Overall, I've given SNAKE & ROOTER the highest rating possible... a well-earned 5 stars  because I found no areas of improvement needed!  

Please join me in supporting this exemplary operated company. We need to KEEP companies like this one around for a long, long time!

We are very happy with the work that was completed.
I did take off one star because they began work a day later than we had scheduled. In addition, the job took five days, instead of three, as we were initially told.
That being said, the guys who came to our house to work were wonderful. All of them were so nice.
Bottom line, we would hire Snake n Rooter again, and I would ask for Daniel.

They were superb. Had them check and replace an ""under concrete"" sewer line 5o plus years old. They found the break and put everything back in the same day. Including pouring new concrete! Bryon was wonderful. Ask for him. So sweet and nice to work with, efficient and client centic. Wonderful company to work with on sewer/plumbing - they are so ""fair"" on price. Highly - Highly recommend.

I had a really positive experience with Snake'n'Rooter. I had started replacing the cartridge on a leaky mixer valve in our upstairs bathroom on a Saturday afternoon and couldn't get it disassembled. I asked for quotes through Yelp on a Sunday afternoon and Ryan gave me a prompt reply and hourly quote. I decided to go with Snake'n'Rooter and had a phone call (as promised) the next morning to let me know the tech would be at my house by 9:30. The technician was very professional, answered my questions, had the repair finished in under an hour and we haven't had a problem since then. Next time we have a repair or project I'll be giving them a call as they've earned my business.

We would like to say thank you to the Snake'n'Rooter team of Melissa, Jonathan, Ralph, & any other team members that assisted. The quality of customer service we received was outstanding. We hired another company to come into our rental property to camera & auger the sewer line. Being that we live out of state we had to trust this company to help us in our time of need. A big credit card charge, 1-yr warranty, & 3 days after the repairs were completed, the line was blocked . . . again. The other company told us we would need to spend another $11,500.00 to fix the problem. They left us with no other options. We called Snake'n'Rooter for a second opinion & quote for the repairs. It started with Melissa jumping right on the issue and getting Jonathan looped in to our current problem. Then Jonathan & Ralph heading right out to the house to investigate. Not only did they give us a more than competitive & fair quote but they went above and beyond by spending 3-4 hours out the house not only investigating the issue & looking at solutions but they did not leave the property until they were able to clear the blockage & get the line open so that the sewer was functional. This was great news to us as the family staying at our rental property is our parents. They worked for hours on our home and did not bill us for their services and repeatedly refused to take any compensation for their services. They stated they felt we had been taken advantage enough. Moving forward, Snake'n'Rooter will be receiving all of our business and we will be recommending them to all family, friends, neighbors, and strangers in the KC metro. They are a great company with great people that truly stand for doing the right thing. Thank you from the bottom our heart & our family. N&K

We have used these guys for various plumbing and drain work for several years and we are very pleased. We've always been well informed before they start the work, its always been a fair price and their guys are clean, polite and professional. We have come to trust them enough to have them out to install an entire septic system leading out form an existing building on our property so we could build offices and a small apartment for guests. Tons of work, great restoration of our property after they installed all of the new lines, fixtures and septic system. Everything is working great. We are very pleased with their services time and again and happy to recommend this company to family and friends.

I really am upset to give this review. I have used Snake n' Rooter on multiple occasions with great service. Two days before Thanksgiving we called for service as we live in an area with many roots. Low and behold we had a pipe that had collapsed under our basement floor. They don't tell you what pricing will be ... just ""minimum is three grand. Could be more"". Charged us for a service call on first night but told us the check would be ripped up once we completed service ( the three plus grand ) the next day. Never happened. Cashed both checks. Super shady and don't try and call in as the grinch who answers the phone won't let you talk to supervisor. Get your estimates detailed and not just as an amount.

By far the worst experience ever with any company ever. I had a simple problem the cold water handle in my shower was stripped out where I had to use vice grips to turn it on. They sent a tech on Wednesday to fix it cut a hole in the wall and said you need new valves. He put a new handle on and said it will work until I come back on Friday morning at 930 with the new valve and whatnot. Friday morning comes and they are a no show and call and reschedule for Friday 430. Again they are a no show this time the manager (Edward) calls and promises me the world (new toilet new faucets whatever I wanted to make it right) says he will personally come by Sunday morning to do the job himself. Sunday morning I call because again nobody shows up. The dispatcher informs me the tech is getting parts and that they are on their way. When 1230 rolls around I call back and ask what is going on again she (Linda) says the tech is getting parts. When I continually ask to speak to a supervisor she hangs up on me. So I call back and again she hangs up on me and this goes on 27 times. All she did was pick up and hang up not even knowing if it's was actually me calling. So I had my girlfriend call and she did the same to her another 25 times. The job finally got done Monday evening at 630. The tech that came (Daniel) was professional but the rest of the company is a complete joke.
