Our experience with this company was amazing.
We called in the morning to see if they could clear a drain which another company couldn't (they other folks even broke off a tip in the drain making it worse) They were able to get us served the same day.
Our technician showed up in a nice uniform, they took great care to keep any mess in and around the drain, all of our floors and carpets stayed clean.
The tool they use to clean broke twice, a supervisor came out with a replacement machine, and both of them stayed till the job was done (past dinner time)
They charged for a single hour of work, apologetically telling us the equipment failure was not our issue.
Both of these fellas were professional with their appearance, language, work, and bearing; I was utterly impressed.
You may be able to find a cheaper drain cleaner in the area, but I've used a few in the past; none of them came anywhere close to the level of appearance, service, and customer care as Dale (the tech) and Pervis (his supervisor)
They will take care of you at a fair price, answering your call the first time, staying till the job is done correctly no matter the cost to them.
We are a new lifetime customer of Snake N Rooter.

We had a whole home inspection done for a house we were buying and the inspection found a water leak behind the washer and dryer. The leak had to be fixed by a licensed trade and so Snake N Rooter was called to save the day. The verdict was that there was no leak and the original owners just had to fix the sheet rock that had obvious water damage when the whole home inspection was done. Now a month into living here I found water under the washer and dryer, the sheet rock was destroyed at the bottom, and the wood frame behind the sheet rock is rotted. A blind monkey does better work. Save your money people these guys are horrible.

Horrible non-service....kept on telling us that we were next in line, After 25 hours no one called or showed up. Call someone else.

Avoid this company. Poor work and customer service and ensure that you ask about pricing prior to work. During service had to loan repairman a few tools, he didn't have another tool needed so had to call another truck to bring and then had to go to local store to get replacement part that took more time than needed. A total maybe of a 45 minute job took more than 2.5 hours. Also yellow page ad uses Koehler Plumbing name which was a great company but when repairman arrived I asked if he was with Koehler and he said new company had purchased them. Shouldn't advertise old company to get their customers and not state that up front. Billing was also questionable with part marked up 100%. When discussing with company and asked to speak with owner they said he doesn't handle these items the supervisor would. Told them to have the manager call and never received a call. Use a different company like I should have if I would have known.
