We contacted several plumbing companies and by far this one was the most responsive and helpful. They were quick to respond by phone, email and in person. Service Tech was professional, extremely knowledgable, and explained everything clearly while on site. In fact, the service tech showed up early, rather than late for the appointment. The office staff is friendly and communicates well both both by email and phone. We received the sewer report promptly after payment. We will be sure to use their services again when the need arises.

Thank goodness I called Snake 'N' Laterals! I was quoted over $15k for some repairs from a local plumbing company that the home warranty company sent out. They claimed it wasn't covered by the home warranty and that there were roots all in the pipes that extended into the street. They claimed they were going to have to dig under the street.
Angel Sr came out and the lines were actually clear and he showed me this with his camera, there were no roots extending into the street! I almost got taken for almost $15k!! And avoided what would have been an extensive fix along with an inconvenience to me and my neighbors while the road would have been torn up.

These people are super stars in my book. I had a reoccurring sewer backup water problem that I had snaked out at least 6 or 7 times in a 2 year period. I was using a neighborhood handyman to snake it each time. Finally, the snaked out process only lasted for about 3 weeks!

I knew I had to call in a professional with a camera to get to the bottom of the problem. I called a well known plumber organization, who charged me a very high price to clear the sewer line and run the camera to pin point the problem. Then I called Snake 'N' Laterals for a second opinion. They were able to go a few feet beyond the expensive plumber and find that roots had entered the sewer line. Snake 'N' Laterals did a process called hydro jetting that cleaned the pipes and cut out the roots. This hydro jetting process was done at less than half the price quoted by the expensive plumber.

Also, the expensive plumber diagnosis called for digging down and replacing a severed line. This was going to cost about $11K even with a discount. I'm so glad that I called Snake 'N' Laterals who found that the line was not severed and the problem was a tree root. Although, I will need to keep maintenance on the line for possible regrowth of the tree root, this is a lot less expensive than the suggestion from the expensive plumber.

I really wish I called Snake 'N' Laterals from the beginning, but I had not heard of them... I grew up knowing some of the legacy plumber names, so that is who I called first.

Yes, Snake 'N' Laterals is a first class plumber in my book. From the Customer Service, to the professional plumbers that come to help. Angel is the owner and he impressed me with his knowledge and honesty.

This is the third time of I have had Snake n Laterals come out to my home for different services for the past 7 years. First time for a clogged washroom sink, next a backed up toilet, and today a leaky toilet. Each plumber has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Each time they have explained what the problem may be and give me an estimate. They have been correct each time and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. No surprises. Our front water line cracked and was spray water, flooding the yard. I called SNL and they were at my home in less than 30 min to shut off water to the house. They promptly repaired the break, explained everything w/pictures. Great prices, great staff, great experience. I will never go else where.
