This is the first time I needed a plumber since purchasing my brand new home in 2007. When these homes were built they installed the outside hose bibbs by soldering them onto copper pipes instead of the old school way of using threaded pipes. I've changed many of them out in the past just needing a crescent wrench and some silicone tape. Not anymore, you need a blow torch and a lot of patience for this job. I wasn't up to it, especially since I have never done this before and if something had gone wrong then my house would have been without water until I called a professional. Well I read the reviews for Snake 'N' Laterals and they were great. l called them and Austin came out to do the job. He was great!!! Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional but he had a lot more patience than I would have had. He kept using the blow torch about 5 to 10 minutes longer than I would have to get the job done. He didn't give up and finally got the faucet to come off. He sent installed a pipe with a male threaded end so I could do any repairs in the future if needed. GREAT JOB Austin, thank you for your perseverance because the only other alternative would have been to cut out the tee and replace the whole thing which would have cost me a lot more money. I would highly recommend Snake 'N' Laterals for any plumbing needs that you have!

We contacted several plumbing companies and by far this one was the most responsive and helpful. They were quick to respond by phone, email and in person. Service Tech was professional, extremely knowledgable, and explained everything clearly while on site. In fact, the service tech showed up early, rather than late for the appointment. The office staff is friendly and communicates well both both by email and phone. We received the sewer report promptly after payment. We will be sure to use their services again when the need arises.
