Communication was excellent. I got my appointment quickly and they were on time with no issues. My technician, Austin even resembled Chris Pratt, friendly and efficient. He even explained what was going on with my drain which I already knew, but thought it was nice he explained. Cost was reasonable. I would definitely go with this company again. I would say it would be a good idea this company invest in some card readers though instead of typing in manually, some customers prefer their cards not to be entered manually for security reasons. I suggest this company for anyone looking for good service. No pics, but my shower drains now with ease.

My sink was clogged and checked around for estimates. This company gave me a flat rate of $99. The 2 guys who came out were very responsive and got straight to work. One of the guys was very knowledgeable and even walked on top of my roof to get the problem solved! There was no extra charges to the $99 they had estimated for me and they were able to get the job done in a quick and easy manner. Highly recommend! I know who to give a call next time if this ever happens again.

I HIGHLY recommend Snake N Laterals! I had a broken water pipe under my house & I've called 4 other plumbers & 3 of them went straight to voicemail, only one called me back to say he was booked out. I don't know how long I've had this issue & I needed it taken care of ASAP. I spoke to Griselda from Snake N Laterals, explained my situation & she had a tech out to my house in a hour! Austin was awesome! He went down, assessed the problem, gave me a reasonable quote & told me he could fix it right then & there! He went to get materials, gave me a courtesy call to tell me he was on his way back & fixed my pipe within a couple of hours. I had tons of questions & he really took the time to explain everything to me, showed me pictures & videos of the work he completed, he was very nice, professional & even gave my dog some attention! LOL

I needed a same day visit to a rental location. This was the only plumber I could find that would go within a few hours. Angel was the technician that went to my rental. He diagnosed the problem and communicated quickly and professionally. Once I approved the invoice he was done within an hour. My tenants said he was great and professional as well.
