They were scheduled to arrive between 4:00 and 4:30. They were nice enough to call at 5:00 and let me know that they wouldn't be able to make it until some time between 6:00 and 7:00.

Great. I left work early to make sure I'd be home in time for your arrival.

it's now 9:00 and there's no sign of these clowns.

Wow these guys are awesome! Prompt, friendly and courteous. They are true professionals with the expertise to quickly identify the problem, offer the best solution and get it done in a direct and neat fashion at a reasonable price! I will call them again and recommend them to all of my friends.

I called them on a Sunday (the day before a holiday) and was called back within a half hour. They came out in a couple hours and had my clogged tub (washer and sink were backing up in the tub) fixed in a little over a half hour. I went inside to run the water and everything drained as it should. When I went back out, everything was neatly back in its place (even my messy hose).

We are first time clients for Snake Masters. Called them for help on unclogging our kitchen sink that keeps backing up. Ok! So I'm not a dummy but at a certain point i realize, I need a plumber. There always is this thought that races in the back of my head,""will he try to get over on me, will he really be a snake??""--- you ever think that?
