Called with what we thought was a clogged drain and they responded within two hours! Apparently, the issue was much more complex as the houses plumbing is all original from 1922. They got it to drain more efficiently and even gave us a free estimate on how to completely fix the issue (couple pipe replacements). Although we can't make those changes now, they will definitely be the one's we call when we do! Thanks guys!

They're friendly and honest, they get the job done quickly and even clean up the mess before they head out. I called around about 6 different places to get a trash disposal replaced under my kitchen sink to see who would give me the best price, and Snake Masters were not only the most reasonable, but most communicative and had the best reviews on Yelp. I would definitely work with them again if I encounter plumbing issues.

These guys are amazing, I'm in the flooring business, every time we have pluming emergency issues we call and within 1 hour they are there to fix the problem in a very professional matter and at great rates. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm really glad I didn't purchase the Yelp promotion, although I really wanted to! And the deals online were very tempting.

We called Snake Masters yesterday around 5:30pm and were told someone would be out around 8-9pm (they claim to offer service until 12am) to help us with our drain issues. I know it was a Sunday so I was totally okay with a wait because I understand people have families, eat dinner, etc.

8pm rolled around and still no one or no call. Finally a little past 9pm we got a phone call saying no one was available to come out. (I would've appreciated an earlier notice so that I could have had time to call another company!) The man said someone would call our home today around 8-9am to schedule the service call.

I counted on the 5 star rating on Yelp which usually never misguides me, but felt clearly ignored this morning. It seems many plumbing companies are starting to lack common courtesy and professionalism. In the end, I ended up calling another local company who came immediately - and paying substantially more for a service I could count on (which I didn't mind).

Based on this experience, will not recommend Snake Masters.

The Snake Master guys were quick, professional, communicative, and did the job for much less than I was quoted by other services. I had a very clogged bathtub that I needed looked at right away. Although it was late and already dark, Snake Masters came and quickly let me know what was wrong and told me their fee. Although they needed a couple of parts, they went ahead and ran to a store and came back to make the repair that same night. No waiting around needlessly, no second appointment necessary. The guys even had me take a look at the issue myself and explained the needed repair. My tub and the drainage works great. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Mike and Harry set my home up for success. Having the original sewer mains from when the house was built in 1923, I always knew they would have to be replaced. After some other plumbers checked it out and quoted me a lot of money for a young married couple, I put it off and hoped my old pipes would last. It didn't. I needed a local plumber so I called Snake Masters and they arrived quickly despite the fact it was already well passed 7PM on a Sunday. Long story short I did have to have my entire sewer main replaced from the house to the city sewer. Not only did they give me a much better price, but they prorated all the work they had already completed prior to the full line replacement. They worked quickly getting everything done in three days, most of which included late nights. The 25 year warranty on their work is the sweetest part. I've put real value into my home and if I ever want to sell, it will be great to tell a potential buyer they will never pay for a plumber. Thanks again Mike and Harry!

when you come across with any plumbing problems do not hesitate to call ""snake masters"" they are hands down one of the best experiences that I had in a long time. I have many properties around the valley and Pasadena. One day when my regular maintenance guy was not around I called ""SnakeMasters"" plumbing because it was an emergency and i couldn't wait for my guy to get to it and let me tell you theses guys came inn and not only they did the job to its perfection they left the premises cleaner than it was when they came. My tenant was so happy that she asked me if I could have her call these guys any time they have a problem. I am glad that there are still professionals around and glad to have found one myself. Thanx guys for doing your job and keeping my tenants happy they are always pleased to see you guys.
(ps one of my elderly tenants once said in a joke manner that she wants to clog her sink on purpose to see those handsome guys from the plumbing company it was hilarious thanx again guys).........Mike

Great company, I called on Saturday afternoon, with in a short (1 1/2 hrs) a great guy was at my house, he explained everything, checked with his boss to offer me a better price, he cared, he worked hard and i was pleased. They know their business and treat you well.
