My shower was leaking back in July. Literally just a leak. I just needed the valve cartridge replaced - that's all. When I called, 3 guys showed up - for a leak in the middle of Covid. THREE GUYS for a leak! Lol. It was too funny. 2 of the guys didn't even say a word - why bring 3 people for a leak to someone's house during covid?? Use your head guys.

So for the leak - they just looked at the leaky shower faucet - and without touching it, said that they needed to fix it from the back end. Meaning they will be cutting the wall behind the faucet to get from behind. The wall behind my shower is the wall near my 2nd floor foyer - and that's the wall they said they were gonna cut open to get behind the shower lol.

I said I'll let you know. Called another guy, who came, bought a cartridge for $50, and charged me $50 install fee. Fixed!

Hit me up if you need a good plumber - not these clowns. I get that it's Covid and you lost money - but this is not the way to ""make up"" for 2020, this is not good business. These guys should be jailed bc they are robbing you.

The service is wonderful and Sam is very fair and knows what he's talking about. He helped fix a leak in my ceiling at 2 AM and saved me such a headache. Prices are good too, highly recommend
