Called them on a Monday morning for a leak which appeared to be coming from our toilet. Shaun said he could make it out later that day and he called and told us when he would be arriving. He was on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. Had to get a new toilet which he was able to obtain for us and he came back Tuesday morning and installed the new toilet. We were under a tight timeline because we had company arriving on Wednesday. He did all that he could to get our problem resolved as quickly as possible. He was timely, reliable, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend SMK Plumbing and Electrical.

The crew came out within four hours of calling them for an estimate. They came prepared and quickly told us what was wrong and how they could fix it. Our problem was fixed within 30 minutes total. The pricing was fair and they cleaned up after themselves! We won't have another crew but these guys for the future.
