Mario and his team did a great job replacing the sewer line at our Beaverton Four Plex. They were professional, timely, communicated well, and did a great job cleaning up the site after the replacement. We loved the fact that he provided a video inspection of the new pipe and photos of their work throughout the process. They were also reasonably priced, especially for such great work.
We definitely recommend and will use Smitty's again.

There are companies out there that are super rare, you know the type... They are prompt, competent and fair. Smitty's Sewer Service is one of those companies. I reached out to Smitty's via Yelp messenger for some new gutter drain lines and a sump pump install. He was able to get out within two weeks (would of been one except we had a freak ice storm). Said it would take two days, 1 for the install 1 for finishing and inspection. it took 2 days as he promised. Come to find out I needed an additional sump pump because of a unique hillside build/multiple low points in the crawl. He was able to take care of that in the original timeline! I will be hiring Mario again when I do the sump in my main dwelling's crawl.

We just bought a house and the sink started backing up, Mario responded to my request within minutes! We scheduled a time for the next day and he came with all his equipment to solve the issue... as it turns out there was an even bigger issue at hand! The previous plumbing was sort of ""Frankensteined"" together and not in a good way, Mario was able to find where the main problem was and told me what it entailed. We scheduled another time the next day for them to come out and fix it. These guys solved and issue that would've been a headache down the road, we're definitely going to use them if we ever need more work in the future!

Technician showed up on time...very important...to repair leak from bathtub. Covid-prepared with mask and booties. He was very knowlegeable of his craft, correcting the shoddy installation from previous homeowner. Mario and his team replaced an underground pipe that ran from the gutter downspout at the house, down under the sidewalk to the drain. He was able to tunnel under tree roots, remove a badly damaged pipe that had been perforated and crushed by roots, put in a new pipe, and connect it all up, and left us a way to have the underground pipe serviced in future, left everything in excellent shape - it's nice when you can't tell anything's been done, except that it's now working - it was cold, rainy and windy, and he was still smiling at the end. I never thought I'd be so excited about a sewer repair but these guys are AWESOME! I am in the process of selling my house and a sewer scope turned up a problem with the line. Since closing was already set I was in a time crunch to get things done. Smitty's Sewer Service to the rescue! Mario and Justin were wonderful throughout the whole process, explaining what they would be doing and answering all my questions. They started a day later than expected as the locater people had not shown up to mark the gas line so the job went over the weekend. Great care was taken to cover the holes and make the site safe. Monday afternoon it was done, and they even took great care to minimalize the damage to my yard. I highly recommend their service. Fair price (I had 3 estimates), great communication and work ethic.
