Mario and his team replaced an underground pipe that ran from the gutter downspout at the house, down under the sidewalk to the drain. He was able to tunnel under tree roots, remove a badly damaged pipe that had been perforated and crushed by roots, put in a new pipe, and connect it all up, and left us a way to have the underground pipe serviced in future, left everything in excellent shape - it's nice when you can't tell anything's been done, except that it's now working - it was cold, rainy and windy, and he was still smiling at the end. I never thought I'd be so excited about a sewer repair but these guys are AWESOME! I am in the process of selling my house and a sewer scope turned up a problem with the line. Since closing was already set I was in a time crunch to get things done. Smitty's Sewer Service to the rescue! Mario and Justin were wonderful throughout the whole process, explaining what they would be doing and answering all my questions. They started a day later than expected as the locater people had not shown up to mark the gas line so the job went over the weekend. Great care was taken to cover the holes and make the site safe. Monday afternoon it was done, and they even took great care to minimalize the damage to my yard. I highly recommend their service. Fair price (I had 3 estimates), great communication and work ethic. Only great things to say about Mario and the work he did last week to hook up our plumbing to our tiny house! He worked super quickly and was very clear on everything that needed to be done. Mario just happened to have a lot of knowledge about trailers/RVS, which was helpful with the Tiny House stuff and went above and beyond what was asked with out charging extra. Would hire him for any future plumbing issues!

I was on a time crunch for the sale of my home and of course some potential sewer items came up on the inspection. Mario was quick to help and squeezed me into his already busy schedule for an initial look. The scope of work ended up needing to be done by a licensed plumber but Mario quickly helped me locate the issue (that my buyer's inspector missed!) and referred me to a bunch of contacts, who all were great. He saved me a ton of time trying to find my own people to contact and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. If I do ever need sewer related items again in the future, I won't hesitate to call Mario.
