Terrific service - fast, good price and job well done. They repaired the sewer pipe to the septic tank and installed a new 2-way clean-out. Mario responded to my inquiry and sent a bid the same day, and did the work 2 days later, since it was not an emergency. I was very happy with their work and would definitely hire them again.

I didn't have a sewer problem, but I did have a leaky main. Mario came to my home within an hour, quickly assessed the problem, gave us an estimate, and arranged for the locators to mark the area immediately. He was able to do the work in an hour or so the next day for a reasonable price. I appreciate him for his quick response and not trying to upsell us like other plumbing companies did. I originally found Mario through ProDrain. The last time I used ProDrain, I learned Mario started his own gig. So the newer guy from ProDrain came out and I just wasn't as impressed with the service.
Next time I needed a guy I found Smitty and saw it was Mario. Yay!

Doing a job and having experience gives you confidence and knowlege to really understand what the problem is and how to quickly resolve it. That's what you will get with Mario.
The price is very affordable but I would pay more for his level of service and expertise! Thank you again and I will be calling you back when I need my pipe replaced ;)

Was connected with Mario through ProDrain when seeking a second opinion on some sewer work that had been proposed by a different company. Mario was extremely responsive and came back with a quick assessment of the work he saw and supported a phone call to answer my questions and get into the specifics of our situation. With some extra data we had from when we purchased the house, he helped us determine the best path forward, which didn't involve any actual engagement from his side at this time. He clearly has a depth of knowledge from years of doing this and went out of his way to be helpful. He took a customer-centric approach and advocated for the solution he though made the most sense based on the data, not what was going to get him business right now, which we appreciated very much. We'll definitely use him/his company if we have a need for future repairs/work.

My 1920's home's concrete sewer pipe was degrading and needed replacement. Mario was so easy to work with to get it fixed. Mario and his team did a great job replacing the sewer line at our Beaverton Four Plex. They were professional, timely, communicated well, and did a great job cleaning up the site after the replacement. We loved the fact that he provided a video inspection of the new pipe and photos of their work throughout the process. They were also reasonably priced, especially for such great work.
We definitely recommend and will use Smitty's again.
