We are very happy with the work done by Smitty's. Our 1957 home had a troublesome stretch of sewer pipe that decayed and required replacing. Smitty came out and gave us a reasonable, detailed estimate. He explained everything thoroughly without talking down to me, which I appreciate. We were able to get on his calendar relatively quickly. He marked the exact area they needed to dig, so we could remove the patio pavers ourselves and save on costs. The guys did a great job and cleaned up beautifully when finished. They were careful when digging up my flowers so that I could save them to replant later. Good people doing good work. Highly recommend!

Mario was professional, prompt, courteous, and efficient. My sewer line backed up a few times over the last few years, and an underground scope located a compromised fitting with root intrusion. Mario took the time to explain the problem and how it would be fixed. He sent a final video of the completed project, as well as photos. He showed up early as scheduled and got right to work. As somebody else mentioned, his work ethic is off the charts. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is an expert in his field. Thanks again Mario!

Our storm line malfunctioned in our front yard and was flooding the neighbor's yard. I called various ""emergency"" services and Smitty's was the only one that took fast action, came out same day and got to work soon after. They dug and moved the storm line to a more suitable area and added drainage rocks. I was very impressed with the communication and efficiency of Smitty's, as well as the affordable rates and trustworthiness. Highly recommend, will call again if needed.

Our toilet kept backing up and we were told that one of the pipes had a slight offset, causing sewage to get stuck and back up. We had two other companies come out and give us quotes, however, Smitty's was well under the cost. For reference, their price was ~500-1200 dollars less! I was a little nervous to hire them because there weren't as many reviews, but I'm really glad I did. Every review is 5 stars and I see why. You can see the repair they did in the picture. It required excavation by hand and then a pipe repair. Justin started the job, and Mario came out to look over the progress. Mario had been in the business for 16 years and seemed very knowledgeable. I will look to them for any plumbing needs I have in the future, in part because of the excellent service, and in part because their rates are so competitive. You can't beat it!

We discovered a major backed up sewage problem in our downstairs bathroom Saturday afternoon about 2:00 p.m. THEN, we discovered most rooter companies were closed or unavailable until Monday. UGH! I kept looking and found Smitty's. YAY!! YAY!! YAY!!
Mario was AMAZING. He was friendly, knowledgeable, willing to come out that afternoon, upfront with his pricing, and texted when he was on the way. He explained what was going on, cleaned out the sewage line and gave us tips about how to mitigate the problem going forward.

Terrific service - fast, good price and job well done. They repaired the sewer pipe to the septic tank and installed a new 2-way clean-out. Mario responded to my inquiry and sent a bid the same day, and did the work 2 days later, since it was not an emergency. I was very happy with their work and would definitely hire them again.
