Rodney C.I would not trust Smitty's payment process, I had paid him Paypal and it kept saying payment was canceled and it was indeed sent, so he was overpaid $300.00 and he is not trust worthy enough to acknowledge and or return the overpayment

He was on time he gave me options for each project that he was doing for me, and considering I don't have a truck he also picked up all material for me he was very informative I paid half up front and the other half when complete which was no problem he got each project done and a time efficient manner and let me remind you I got two other bids besides him and he was still the best choice and the cheapest I would refer Smitty's do it all and I'd also hire him again for any project I have thanks again Smitty
Scott H.Couldn't understand the job. Needed water heater checked, toilets checked for excess water usage & fluctuating water temperature. Got quote to replace 2 faucets. What ?
Damian M.So I set up an appointment for 9am. it was rescheduled in the morning to 1:30pm. it is now 4:36pm. I tried to call and message.. I did not get a reply. So I had wasted my day when I could of been at work..
Update: i was never called or messaged about why no one showed up to my appointment.
Jen T.Ryan was terrific! He responded to my quote request very quickly. He came to the house on time/ early to provide an in person and written quote. He was able to order & pick up the items needed for the work. He replaced a back door for us, repaired siding that was falling off the house, put up fencing around our back porch where. Critter was digging and he repaired our dishwasher. I paid him half up front with the quote, then the other half when the job was completed. I have already scheduled him for our next project! Hire Smittys!!
