I'd never heard of Smith's Plumbing but when I saw they got a 5 star rating I decided to give them a call. From the office staff who made the appointment to the plumbers they dispatched to my house, all were professional, courteous, very understanding and helpful. My water had turned brown (UGG) and all I envisioned was my floors being jack hammered to find the pipe that in my mind, had to be leaking. I also had a toilet and an outdoor spigot that thought were leaking. When WIll and Brandon arrived they methodically inspected each problem and found all of the underlying causes, (none of which required tearing up my floors) and repaired them quickly, neatly and with obvious advanced expertise and caring. Based upon their findings, they could have really taken advantage of me and told me that I needed much more expensive repairs as I never would have been the wiser, but they were completely honest and saved me a lot of money. Without hesitation, I can honestly say in my 60+ years of living, I've never had such a positive reaction to plumbers or their company. I'm sure all of their technicians are fabulous, however, Will and Brandon are my plumbers for life!!!! I highly recommend Smith's Plumbing and if you are anything like me, you won't like the plumbing problem you have, but you won't worry as much about it knowing you have a fairly priced, honest plumber coming to take care of your problem.

They came out and fixed a clogged sink. Brock, the tech was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Amber in scheduling is very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend and will use again!

Service was quick and efficient but boy are they OVERPRICED!

Had some work done on a SIMPLE broken faucet. After completing and paying for the service I had two other companies come out (they were already pre-scheduled) and both informed me that the price I paid was well over the estimate they provided.

I cannot STAND a company that price gouges for simple services.

Shame on them.

This is the 3rd time we have had Smith's out to repair something (don't worry it has been three separate issues). Every time we have been very pleased with the work and how friendly and knowledgeable the techs are. I asked for Ethan again because of how great he was on the previous job. He is extremely friendly and easy to work with. He explains every option available. The work is done well and always completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Smith's plumbing and specifically Ethan as your tech.

Really happy with the service provided. Pipes burst on Christmas day and they got out here the day after Christmas. Ryan had a new pipe run in about an hour. He did an awesome job.

One of our toilets was knocked loose from the seal. When flushed it would leak where it meets the floor. Called Monday, was told Thursday morning was as soon as they could come out. No problem as we just used the other one. Later that day they called and said there was a cancellation and could come Wednesday. The plumber arrived near the end of the 4 hour window. He did call first. He was professional. He looked at the "" job "". Gave me a quote. I approved it. He got right to work. Took about an hour or so.
While the cost was more than I had hoped it would be, the job was done when they said. Nothing more s inexpensive anymore.

Brock did an awesome job coming over to repair our water heater. He was very nice, explained everything well, no mess. He called before he came and the service was great and it did not take long to figure out what the issue was from the time it took to complete the job. We will def request him and Smiths Plumbing if we need anything serviced in our home. Turn around time from when we contacted them was next day arrival.

Smith's was my third or forth option because my other choices didn't have openings for the weekend. The technician was friendly and explained the process and what could be causing the backup, which was okay. He did clear the clog and got the water flowing freely again. What I didn't like is that there was no itemized bill, just an amount that was stated and also written out on the paperwork. I'm used to companies listing things out with each cost and including the cost with taxes, etc. Also, the service call as stated over the telephone was $30 higher than the service call on the updated company site. So which charge did I pay? I have no idea since the bill wasn't itemized and the services/charges were not line items. The overall charge for the service that was done seemed very expensive when researched. Most companies even subtract the service call fee from the overall cost but I have no idea if they did (line items?). Even worse, once the clog was cleared, my sink disposal unit had a very bad leak that wasn't there before the service call. There is no way to prove that it was caused by the service but it would have been in good faith if the company had at least offered to install a new one at a nice discount or install one that the customer purchased. The only option given was to have them install a new unit at almost $500. I ended up buying a better model at the hardware store and installing it myself for $150. If businesses haven't learned by now that customer service is key to staying around then they probably don't deserve to be in business. Business owners need to review their policies and make sure that employees understand this as well.

Ryan Nelson came out. He was quick, professional and friendly.
He offered Maintenace suggestions but wasn't pushy. Our backed
up sink is flowing freely now. Highly recommend.

Steven provided excellent service today! Not only did he replace the washer box and valves in our laundry room, he also repaired our sink faucet and three outside water spigots. He was fast, professional, and just plain excellent.

Smith Plumbing provided, not only overall quality and friendly service, from the dispatcher to the technician, but they were EXTREMELY affordable! I was expecting the repairs we needed to be very costly, but was completely knocked over when we were presented such a low quote.

If you want great quality, excellent service, and affordable prices, we highly recommend Smith Plumbing! You won't be disappointed!!
