Foundation cracks: These represent one of the most typical signs of foundation issues. Cracks can manifest in walls, floors, and crawl spaces, often caused by shifting soil, high moisture levels, or structural damage.

Settling foundations: This refers to the foundation sinking or tilting in an uneven manner.

Bowing walls: Walls that have been pushed inward due to pressure from surrounding soil. Inward-bowing walls can cause serious structural concerns.
