Cracked foundations: These are among the most frequent indicators of foundation troubles. These fissures can appear in walls, floors, and crawl spaces, typically resulting from soil movement, moisture issues, or structural deterioration.

Settling foundations: This happens when the foundation sinks or becomes uneven.

Inward-bowing walls: These walls are pushed inward by the pressure of the surrounding earth. Bowing walls can lead to structural damage.

Waterproofing issues: Foundation leaks can permit water to infiltrate the basement or crawl space.
