Smith and sons has done commercial and residential services and have always been satisfied with the prompt service, accurate price quotes, fair prices, and thorough work.

At my home they gutted a reinstalled (updated) my upstairs shower. Luckily it only took a few hours and I was even impressed by how they recaulked all of the fixtures when they were finished.

They fixed the water line from my sink to my refrigerator on a different trip. Apparently the previous owner had a water softener that malfunction and messed up the line, so they ran a new one for us.

At work, they installed 3 sinks, fixed numerous clogs, and installed a vent for us as well. At one point someone was doing cocaine in our restroom and flushed a hotel key card and a disposable plastic cup down our toilet and they got everything out quickly so we could get back to work.

Smith and sons is always my first call whenever we have plumbing needs.

We had an emergency call (working on a DYI closet and drilled a nail through the wall and into a plumbing line) on Friday at 6:30pm and called Smith and Sons. Peter answered the call and let us know that they could have someone at our location within the hour, we just had to pay the emergency fee upfront. He invoiced us, we paid, and in 30 minutes he was at our home! He was very professional, explained the issue/process to correct, and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Smith & Sons and will keep their number for any plumbing or emergency needs. Also, we had called other so called 24 hour plumbers and they wanted to schedule us for Saturday morning, while Smith & Sons made us feel valued and came that evening! We are grateful for Smith & Sons as they are a true 24/7 plumbing service!

Had a broken toilet tank and a leaking shower head. Called early Monday and they actually had someone dispatched about four hours later - I was very surprised. Nick was extremely polite and professional and had everything replaced/fixed within a couple of hours. They gave me three quotes to choose from - budget, mid-tier, and high-end, so if you're on a budget their price seemed to be extremely reasonable. I went mid-tier with an American Standard Cadet toilet and the price was very reasonable to me. I can't make any comparisons on price because I did not get any other quotes, but I wanted things fixed ASAP and they definitely delivered. I think I'll be using Smith & Sons Plumbing for any future needs.

We woke up one morning to discover our toilets had overflowed and our tubs were full of dirty water! I scheduled with Smith & Sons and Peter came out the next day exactly when he said he would. He found the issue (root through the grey water pipe catching toilet paper causing a clog) and sent me the pictures of the inside of the pipe. He cleared the block so that the toilets would flush until the repair would be made. Two plumbers came out the next day and now our water is draining wonderfully!

I couldn't find another plumbing company that would offer us the same price or lower as Smith & Sons! Peter was honest and definitely knows his stuff.

I will hire them again; highly recommend!

Great service, showed up on time which is a big deal since a lot of companies don't, and Peter answered all my questions and knew exactly what he was talking about.
