Usually always more than satisfied ,except this last time . Having a issue with my toilet lever flushing ,seal was too tight . Will not name who came .nice enough guy ,but was here for 15 min. pulled the fill tube out of the flush valve and said it should be fine .Left the new flush valve and said its easy to change , any problem and you should be able to change it yourself . If I was that sure of myself changing it I would have bought the part and not called . Still got a bill over $100. Disappointed

Very satisfied with this plumbing company! I had recieved a very good quote as compared to others in the Milford NH area. Very dissatisfied with Eagle plumbing aka Smith Plumbing and Heating in Hudson, NH. I found him to be very unprofessional to work with. He first compained about how over worked he was, which at the time I could sympathize with. He also complained about how he far said we lived which is about 35 to 40 min. From his place of business, then he said he couldn't come the same day that I called but would come the next day and call me with a time. We were having a problem with our sump pump and we have a finished basement that we did not want to get flooded. I had to call him the second day to see what time he would be coming. He basically said that he was not going to be able to come. Then asked for pictures of my pump which I sent. Then he said it was not my sump pump which it was as we have had it replaced before. He was rude and arrogant. We called him because we have a contract with American Home Shield, it is a company who warranties major appliances and systems in your home. They are very good and reputable. Smith Plumbing or Eagle Plumbing is one of the businesses they contract with. Good news is that American Home Shield sent me a new plumber called Theide Plumbing and Heating in Westward,MA. They have an hour drive to my home and came the same day I called. Very curteous, professional and good.

Smith plumbing is a family owned, Hudson based plumbing company. They are competent plumbers who explain what needs to be done in a straightforward and honest way. They have always done a good job, and their prices are very reasonable.
