Absolutely horrible company. All they want is money, not to give you solid and well done work. They can't even send out techs who know what to do on the job they are being sent for so might as well prepare yourself to have multiple people coming to get the service done. Save the headache and stress, go find someone else.

2 years ago I spent $5000 for an AC replacement for a less than 3000' sq ft home. It has already failed. They required 5 appointments to make it work in the first place. Do not use this company.

I had Smith P&H install a new furnace in 2023 shortly after I purchased my townhome. The service at that time was awesome. Recently, Chelsea contacted me and let me know I had signed up for the Gold plan and with it, I received annual furnace inspections. I scheduled service for the same day. Zach G. came and did my inspection. I also upgraded my system with an allergy control. He was fantastic and I highly recommend him and SP&H! They are great!

When i first bought my home 2+ years ago I signed a monthly maintenance contract with Smith Plumbing because they had installed the furnace and AC a year earlier. Their service, over the life of the maintenance contract, was mediocre and they often tried to upsell me on repairs that were unnecessary. When my maintenance contract expired I did not renew it. I called them last week to schedule a furnace maintenance and was told it would be $129. I agreed and the technician came out. He checked over my furnace but would not install a new filter even though it was necessary. He said he didn't carry filters in his truck any longer and to get a filter installed I would have to buy a ""membership."" He did show me how to install the filter myself and what size filter to purchase. I paid the $129 fee for the so-called ""maintenance,"" bought a filter at ACE Hardware, and installed it myself. I am a 75 year old female and one of the reasons I called Smith was because they had installed this furnace three years ago and I don't want to duck-walk to the furnace and install my own filter! I will not be contacting them again for ANYTHING! What a rip-off!

Having issues with a GFI outlet, made an appointment to have it looked at, no one ever showed up.

Absolutely trash company. Reviews on Google have to be paid for. Wish I could have known and used someone else

Requested annual serving of furnace. Man shows up, went to the furnace and was done in about 1 minute. He did not clean the furnace, did not replace filter, nothing, just opened the furnace looked at a few things and left.
Who charges for that and calls it a service? What kind of company thinks that is ok? I did call and they were very apologetic. Wooie.
I will never use these people again. Waste of time and money. Sad that they would do that to a customer and call it service.
