Since moving to Tallahassee, I have used Smith Plumbing for the past five years. They have installed appliances for me, cleaned out drains, repaired toilets, replaced major water lines, and installed bathroom fixtures. Smith Plumbing has so far been very fairly priced, on time when called in, and do the job as promised. The field crew has always been polite and attentive to being careful around the house and cleaning up after the job is done. Kenny Smith is a no-nonsense professional and runs a tight ship. Highly recommended, and I'll call them again.

Really easy to work with and quality service. I needed the kitchen faucet reinstalled after a new countertop was installed plus some other replacements. Stacy was the scheduler and worked with me when the countertop installation was delayed a day. She quickly rescheduled us with no problem. They provide quick and quality service and are straight to the point. No fluff, no bs. And for some reason, extremely affordable. They were alot more affordable than i expected. First the arrived early than I anticipated, then Sim, the plumber took HIS boots off to keep from tracking dirt inside. Wow! Hugely appreciated. He was super personable, we enjoyed a very meaningful conversation on the state of the world, and he took care of the issue fast! Honestly, I don't remember a better service experience.

We gave up trying to turn off water valve at baseboard behind refrigerator because water was dribbling from its rear corner under the ice maker. When we turned off main valve at meter, it sprayed. Tightening the nut below did not work. We lived for two days without running water as we waited for our plumber appointment. We chose Smith because of good recommendations for and $18 lower hourly rate. This morning Apollo-like Corey appeared at the door with tools. In less than an hour he replaced valve at baseboard and cut off crimped section of copper tubing to reinsert it--and stopped leak below handle of main valve at water meter outside. In that time he answered questions and was easy to laugh. We have a go-to plumber now! We struggled with this for a week. So glad we can now reopen the main valve after two days have water service! Should it have waited so long to call for skilled help.
