The nicest most wonderful plumbers we have ever used. They were fast responsive and efficient. I was fortunate they had a stop nearby and came to our house the same day.
Their price was fair and they were really honest. Fixed the problem and recommended a product to buy at the hardware store to prevent it from happening in the future.
I am a satisfied customer (to say the least) and if I ever have another plumbing issue (I hope not) I will call them immediately.

Their estimator, I wish I remembered his name, was very good (tall redhead with a beard) he gave a reasonable estimate. I would have gone with him if not for a slightly lower bid from a handyman. Good guy.

I did the usual research for a new water heater.
Got plenty of estimates, and plenty of differing opinions from the plumber who knows everything and all the other plumbers are idiots.
Josh came to my house for a consultation, he was right on time ..was very professional and made me feel that he was competent and honest.
I hired him for the job on the spot and he got right to work.
Three hours later I had a pretty new water heater and the old rusty one hauled off the the water heater afterlife.
I also like that it's a family owned and run business; Papa Smith and his boys!
