My 30 year ac system was giving me lots of problems and the warranty company was giving me the run around. Once I was assigned to Smith Maintenance things got so much better. He diagnosed my system quickly. Worked effectively with the home warranty company and was easy to get a hold of via text and by phone. Also was clutch in that they work on older spacepak systems like mine.
Fergal O.Recently Smith Maintenance installed my two new AC Units- Not the most reliable on all factors- Doesn't show up when he says he will. Has an excuse for everything....After 72 hours after installation, the units didn't work and he wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with in that he told me it was my fault...three weeks later- One unit breaks again....
