Called on an emergency basis because my toilet, tub and sink were backing up. I called and they said they could be at my house in about 2 hours maybe sooner after the plumber finishes the job he was on. They called an hour later saying he finished and could make it to the house earlier. The plumber was polite and I will use Casa Plumbing again!

Excellent service. I had my master cool unit turned on for the year... about a month later it quit cooling. Casa plumbing cane right away and replaced the water pump. They only charged me the cost of the water pump . I think that's more than fair!

Called at 10:30am and requested they come out to fix a backed up washing machine drain. Said they could come out between 2:00 - 4:00pm. Waited and waited and finally got a call at 4:00 exactly telling me they were not going to be able to come due to another job they decided to take instead of mine. This may have been a small plumbing job for them compared to the other one, but my time is still important. I had taken a day off and it was my only day off for weeks. Try getting another plumber out to your house after 4pm and each one I called said they could come, but at an emergency rate of $125-$135 an hour...that, or wait to have them come out on their next available appointment in 5 days from now. Meanwhile, I can't do any laundry, which is already piled up, for this household of 5 during that time. Thanks for nothing, sir. You wasted my day, you are now costing me more, I am losing time, and will likely have to spend money at a late night laundromat sometime this week. Integrity is doing what you promised to do even after it has become inconvenient for you to do so. And, I am exercising a great deal of restraint here to not tell you what I really think about you.
