What a great experience with a plumber! If I ever have other issues, Don and Michael will certainly be the first I call. I had a leak (from what I thought was the water heater), but they explained what it was, outlined other issues that need to be addressed sooner than later, and fixed the one we had right away! On time, friendly, and fast! I LOVE when I'm given a timeframe and it is actually abided by.

Smith Family Plumbing is the best! Donald fixed a number of items a previous plumber didn't get right. Then one day I discovered my water heater had been leaking for quite a while. He and his helper were able to replace the drywall that had gotten ruined (mold) and put in the new water heater the next day and did a marvelous job. I will definitely have them back for all plumbing and AC needs in the future!

Smith Family Plumbing repaired my central air conditioner on Monday, 8/24/20. I called Don at 9:00 a.m., and although I didn't mention my problem was urgent, Don told me he would be here between noon and 2:00 p.m. Wow--at 11:41 a.m., Don called me to let me know he and assistant Michael were on their way. They arrived at noon, and Don professionally and promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired my air conditioner in about an hour. Don was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, caring, and responsive to my concerns. I understand his company also does plumbing work and other home repairs. I intend to call Don if I need any of these services.
