Therefore, when the 54-year-old Santa Maria man, who has had cerebral palsy since birth, visits the Vocational Training Center, where his family's company is contributing to the new Quality Life Services center, he is in his element.

Smith Electric and Diani Construction are collaborating on this construction project, which represents the latest chapter in a lifetime of support the Brannon family has provided to the organization, as noted by Kirk Spry, the chief executive officer. “I can't express enough gratitude for what the Brannon family does for VTC,” Spry remarked. “They have exceeded simple involvement. The Brannons' connection with VTC began in 1978.
