On one of the coldest days so far this winter the sewer drain pipe became blocked in a vacation rental which was occupied by a family of four, leaving them with no ability to use water or bathroom facilities. It was an enormous inconvenience for them, and a challenge for us to find a competent, timely fix. It was a Sunday afternoon with weather forecast of snow turning to freezing rain. We succeeded in getting an appointment for the following day, but the plumber who responded did not have the equipment or training to clear the blockage, promising a drain specialist could return in two days.

Fortunately, we were referred to Smith Drainage Solutions the following day. The person who took my call was very understanding, promised a same day response between 11 and 1 pm. and followed up to let us know his final ETA of 12:30. Ron, the service technician, could not have been more professional. Within an hour and a half our guests had full service. The basement was left as it was found, everything cleaned up and pricing was very reasonable. We truly appreciated their response and wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else.

Smith Drain solutions are the best. We had a plumber come out to our house who insisted that our pipe had collapsed and that we would have to dig up a concrete floor to our home. We called Smith, they came out, were professional extremely knowledgeable and clearly showed us that the plumber was incorrect and that our train was merely blocked.
