Heidi C.I would give 10 stars if google would let me. I cannot thank and recommend JJ and Bre enough. We had a rental that needed a lot of work to get it ready to pass inspections and sell. JJ walked with me through the house reviewing the inspection notes to ensure I didn't miss any required fixes, had choices on the recommended fixes and that everything was covered. He worked around other trades timelines, pulled needed permits, and did amazing work. Bre helped me coordinate timing, kept me informed along the way and even provided recommended people to help with a few things on the inspection I had no idea where to start with. I will definitely be calling Smith & Carver in the future for any and all my plumbing, heating, drain, etc needs. You don't always know when you'll need a plumber, but keep their contact info handy, it'll save you a lot of headache.

Got quotes from larger companies who estimated 4 to 6 hours, and outrageous prices. This small town, family run business is THE ONE to call.
