Had an emergency situation of a bursted pipe in the laundry room. These guys managed to come within few hours and completed the work at a reasonable cost. Verified the fix and did all the cleanup after the work

Not in time( they gave 11 to 1PM ) came at 2:10PM-
They left for another customer place, and again came in 30 min, they did not come with right tools and left for tools, and the guy is inexperienced!

Totally they neglected the customer attention!

I had what appeared to be a slab leak in the utility room of a rental property. Smith and Son Plumbing offered to assess it for free. A competitor of theirs wanted to charge around $250 just to take a look. Chris came out the morning after I called and was able to let me know that it may not be a slab leak after all. I offered to pay them for a house call but both Chris and John at the office told me their assessments are at no charge. One more thing to note. Chris said if I wanted, he could do a system pressure check for me and that it would cost $150 because they were having a sale on the procedure. (it is normally $250). Way this company treated me was far better than any other plumbing company I've dealt with in the past. I'll be sure to contact them again if I have any plumbing issues.

WHAT AN EXCEPTIONAL, FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE & PLUMBING COMPANY, WE HAVE FOUND! We are so very proud to share the most exceptional experience, we just had, doing business with "SMITH & SON PLUMBING, for the repair of our gas line.
Times have been challenging, to say the least, so we have been without heat all winter; due to many other on going emergency issues, to include, I am currently unemployed, too, )But we have many other blessings)! I have exhausted myself trying to find an "affordable" Master Plumber, needed; due to repair, what started to be just a "simple" gas leak, which happened over a weekend, last July, because my plumber was not available. We have not had the funds to do this repair and cut on of our gas service, due to cost, because called Atmos Energy; and, an expensive, required, Pressure Test, City inspection and Reactivation Fee imposed was required, etc... (Requirement of Atmos Energy). This expensive ordeal and my endless search for qualified, reasonable plumber, had turned into a nightmare! My plumbing nightmare issues and being "chilled to the bone" are now, but a big blurr and now, in the past, thanks to "SMITH & SON PLUMBING!"
I don't have enough words to express; the exceptional, positive, friendly, compassionate, customer service we received from the "SMITH & SON PLUMBING" team! They are, the most; thorough, honest, reasonably priced, professional, courteous, great construction, and in every step; from first phone call, scheduling appointments, arriving to job, completion of job, to follow up, was quick. prompt, stress free, courteous with constant communication from the sweetest, kindest, patient & accommodating assistant (Bonnie)! My gas leak repairs were in the hands of a trusted & knowledge Master Plumbing Service that "truly" cares about delivering quality workmanship, parts, service, taking great care, competent, kind & professional, they help their customer's from start to finish! Although, by nature, I am skeptical, I know, now; I have the very best with "Smith & Son Plumbing." They are great and exceptional in every way! can't think of enough kind and grateful words to express the exceptional service we received; positive, friendly, compassionate, kind, caring, professional, considerate, clean, humane, quick, superb customer service, etc., they have!
