Had multiple work done at our new house, including the installation of gas hot water heater. After a few kinks, we were contacted by Rick and issues were addressed. Gage stopped over and resolved everything. Great company , the ONLY advice I would give ( if it were my business?) is, please have an emergency plumber available on weekends so customers can rest assured that any weekend problems can be resolved. Thank you for your attention and your fine work. We are going to need you in the future and feeling confident with a business is always important. Thank you, again!

Smith and Son Plumbing repaired a flexible gas line that we accidentally nicked when moving a plant. They were prompt and professional throughout the process. Did great work! I've never had an experience where you're given a window and then they actually show up on time at the start. Caught me off guard but pleasantly surprised. I needed a pipe replaced and they had it done within an hour. Very friendly and professional. The quote was fair and the work was good. Hard to choose which plumbing company to go to when you finally need one so I highly recommend them!

We discovered a leak in the ceiling of our garage after a major freeze. Called Monday morning and were given an appointment Tuesday morning. Unfortunately the water heater went out in my home and I needed a replacement rather quickly. I am so appreciative of John reaching out to me once I sent an estimate request out on yelp in such a timely manner.

It was a Saturday and around 8:30am in the morning and John reached out to me and arranged for Chris to visit my home all before their store opened. Chris arrived quickly and provided a quote within minutes.

I did not move forward with the services as I had a family member fix the problem for me a couple days later, but the customer service I received was impeccable during this encounter. Thank you John and the Smith and Son team.
