We discovered a leak in the ceiling of our garage after a major freeze. Called Monday morning and were given an appointment Tuesday morning. Smith and Son's were on time.. efficient in their diagnosis and repair - very impressed. Smith & Son's were highly communicative throughout the process sending email confirmation and text updates on appointment schedule, arrival time, job up-date, completion and receipt. This is how it should be done! Thanks guys - you have moved to the top of our call list!

Smith and Sons are the best. Called them at 8:15am, Chris showed up before 10 on same day. Took 15 minutes and fixed the problem. Chris was very polite. I have used Smith and Sons in past and will continue to use. Best plumbing service company in North Texas.....

Unfortunately the water heater went out in my home and I needed a replacement rather quickly. I am so appreciative of John reaching out to me once I sent an estimate request out on yelp in such a timely manner.

It was a Saturday and around 8:30am in the morning and John reached out to me and arranged for Chris to visit my home all before their store opened. Chris arrived quickly and provided a quote within minutes.

I did not move forward with the services as I had a family member fix the problem for me a couple days later, but the customer service I received was impeccable during this encounter. Thank you John and the Smith and Son team.

I don't like to speak poorly of local or veteran owned companies. I come from a military family and respect/love the values instilled by it.

I had an issue with a leaky toilet and had the team at Smith and Sons come out the same day! Prompt in service and repaired the leak.

Within 3 days it was leaking again in the guest bathroom that was only used by the maid to clean the toilet.

The toilet leaked and went through my ceiling and onto my dining table. I called Smith and Sons and they came back out. They said that sometimes lift a toilet out and putting it in can cause other areas to leak.

The owner was supposed to call me multiple times to repair or speak about it and I could never contact him. I tried multiple ways to end.

I would not recommend this company. Proceed with caution.

Smith and Son's customer service was awesome from the moment I initially called to the moment they finished the repair. John was great at double checking the notes left by the receptionist 15mins after the scheduling of the appointment. They kept me up to date with both phone calls and text messages. Their concern about the broken valve and being with out water for hours was sincere. Chris was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process with ease. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommending to neighbors and friends! Keep up the great work Smith and Son Plumbing!

I found them on Yelp and liked that it was family owned and local. I was able to book an appointment thru Yelp for the next day. Someone called me the next morning and confirmed everything. They were on time and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. Very professional and explained everything to me in layman's terms (but not condescending). Appreciate the prompt and friendly service. I will use them again!

Oh my gosh! My garbage disposal stopped working and after using several drain cleaners/uncloggers I feared the worst and called Smith and Son Plumbing. They gave me a same-day appointment! Chris and Gage came in and they were the sweetest guys in the world. They figured out that a tiny plastic stick had gotten stuck just right so that the blades in my disposal couldn't turn (I blame my cats). Anyway, it didn't even take 30 minutes for them to get it out. He even gave me a spare wrench in case it happened again and showed me how to use it. I will literally never use a different plumbing company again. Thank you, Chris and Gage!! :)
