They were here when my house was built in 1992. When I purchased it in 2002, they took the time to walk me through the house and learn all of the quirks of my home's plumbing and heating system as well as showed me where to watch for snow on the roof because once it blocked the vent. When my heat went out in the middle of the night and come to find out the propane supplier did not automatically fill my tank, one of the employees stayed into the early morning until they showed up, shut off the gas line, re-lit the pilot light and made sure everything was in order. He even talked to the propane delivery person. By the way, it was 3:30AM. I was not charged for this. I am a single woman and cannot express my gratitude enough for Smisek's Plumbing and Heating.
