It took a few days for them to return my call, but once they did, they were out the same day. I had a leaking tub I tried to fix myself and made worse, he had it fixed and not leaking within an hour. Reasonable price, super friendly, and explained everything as he went.

I called to see about getting someone here to check the ice maker. I called a few days later to see if someone was going to come over to check it. I was told 5 days ago that I was next in line. Guess my job isn't big enough for them to deal with. Guess another plumber needs to be called.

I understand the difficulty of getting them on the phone. Other than that, it did take quite a while for the work to be done, but it was done under very difficult circumstances, but he got my water heater put in and working GREAT! I HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN! After other plumbers didn't return calls, and experiences on Craigslist that were horrific (scammers, high bids, and guys asking for 'other compensation'), they answered the first time I called, had someone out the next afternoon, and he worked well past dark to get the heater in, AND fixed the leaky garden hose connection!
