This app is weird, but anyway we had an excellent experience, cost us a bit but we had major issues! So I did not feel bad instead I was happy to know everything is wired correctly
He was very thorough, I saw him checking and rechecking connections.

Ed gave outstanding service! He came to the rescue and fixed a botched job from another RV competitor after they refused to remedy their mistake.

We originally were in question about Ed's low hourly rate, but a review on his business resonated with us and we took a chance. Wow, are we glad we did, his knowledge, honesty, and integrity are top notch! He did what he could to lower any extra cost and was very open and transparent with the plan of action to fix any problems he discovered. I asked him why he was so inexpensive per hour and he said he wanted to give people who needed help a chance by offering affordable rates. We will definitely be using Ed again, and have already shared his name with those we love.

We were in Washington on a trip from California. Ed answered the call for our slide out after 3 other mobile shops said they wouldn't come. He spent 4 hours trying to fix it before discovering it required an entire motor assembly. Couldn't find parts where we are. We were prepared to tuck it up manually and go home. He kept looking for the part and finally found one in Portland 80 miles away. Back today and did a great job. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
