Woke up on a Saturday to a stinking mess. Extremely overwhelmed, I was referred to Smiley Drain. I appreciated the professionalism and the efficiency with taking care of the problem. Anthony Pettignano was more than competent and explained everything I needed to know about my disgusting situation. Hopefully I'll never have to experience this again, but if I do, God forbid, I will definitely call them AGAIN!!!

We had a blocked sewage drain. We called Smiley Drain late on a Friday afternoon. Jessica could not have been nicer on the telephone. In about
1 1/2 hours the technician, Saverio, was at our home. Severio was very knowledgeable, polite, with a pleasant personality. He answered all our questions and in a short time our problems were taken care of. I would never call another Drain company! Smiley Drain was great!!

I had a great experience with Smiley Drain. Their team came to my house to hydro jet my sewer line after 2 other plumbing companies couldn't get through an obstruction. They worked for hours, communicating with me every step of the way. They even got on the phone and spoke to the city water department to find a solution. I had a newborn baby at home and I really felt that they cared and went above and beyond to open the sewer line. After they were done they cleaned up very well. I would definitely work with them again.

We called Smiley Drain because our kitchen sink was backing up. They responded immediately. They had a Technician to our home an hour after my call. The Tech was very respectful and knew exact what my issue was. He took the time to explain to me and my wife what our options were. We chose to have our line jetted since we had had this issue with our kitchen drain a few times in the past. He resolved our issue quickly and cleaned up after himself. My Wife was really impressed! I am so happy to have found Smiley Drain. They are true professionals!
