Our grinder pump in our finished lower level stopped working over the evening hours and began to back up the sewage. I reached out to five companies to get emergency help and Smiley was the quickest to respond and get someone at our home quickly, within two hours. Anthony showed up and was very professional gave us the estimate up front once he discovered the issue. He laid down floor protection and was very careful and respectful of our home. I highly recommend Smiley Drain, don't hesitate to call them!

We called for service due to a sewage odor and was scheduled for service the next day. The technician was expected to arrive between 7:30-8:30, and when the did not show I called to find he was at another urgent location and had not informed us. They quickly dispatched another tech after my call after my call.

The tech was here a total of 10 minutes and confirmed the smell was most likely due to an animal not sewage. No service was performed nor time spent and they charged me a full $200 service fee.

I have used this company multiple times and will be shopping for another company. I found the full charge to be a horrible business move and would not recommend.

The service tech was professional so no issues with him.

Overall extremely disappointed and it cost them a returning customer.

Do not hire because they do not stand behind their work. I paid over $600 to have a pipe repaired in the bathroom because it was backing up. less than two months later I have another issue in the same bathroom. They will come back out but it could cost me another $600 - sad and shocking.
