We just had our oven installed by Smee's and could not be more impressed. Terry was hard working and efficient, took initiative, cracked a few jokes, and installed our oven within some very old cabinetry that took some mad skills! I called in the morning looking for an appointment, and they came by that afternoon. We had some reallllyyy bad experiences with service installers from big-box stores, and this just totally changed our experience around. Will never go anywhere else!

Visiting our Son.

This company is one of the best I have had to call for help. My son is a student at Cal Poly, he rents a house near by. It is a Frat house. This house is not a high priority for the maintenance man. When it rains the drain outside his glass doors is very slow and rises fast to enter his room. I randomly call plumbers in the area on Friday around 1:46, many say its raining you will have to pay time and a half, or I am busy so we will have to charge after hour pricing. I am guessing they knew I was not from around the area.

I called SMEE, the lady who answered was very nice and told me she would have someone call me to answer my questions. Dave called at 2:13pm, 2:31pm he was at the house.

Dave was nice, thorough, meticulous and professional. Trying to figure out the problem, later another plumber arrived to work with Dave to figure out where the clog was. He was just as professional and nice!

The amount of time and energy they both put in to figure out the problem, their pricing is very reasonable.

The best thing about the men at this company, they seem to not care that it was a run down frat house, they still did a great job and wanted to figure out the problem.

The friendly dispatcher got us scheduled right away . . . Terry came out and laser-ed in on the problem, using more brains than brawn. He used a high-tech camera system to analyze the line and prescribe the right solution at a much lower cost. Now we're back in business :-)

We had a water line leak in our dining room on Sunday morning. Because Smees had done some work for us previously, I called and the answering service said they would page Mr. Smee. I called back in 2 hours, she said she would page again. Finally, 3 hours after I first called I started calling other plumbers. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (Kelly) arrived within an hour and fixed the leak. Mr. Smee never bothered to call us until 8:30 am on Monday morning, even though his ad says '24 hour service'. We won't call him again.

Had Smee's Plumbing come out for the first and what can I say, Super Heroes without the capes! Terry was here right when he said he would be and had me back in business in a few minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to not only explain things to me but showed me what to do if the problem were to happened again.
