Last year Terry installed a natural gas hook up for our BBQ. Yesterday he unclogged our kitchen sink drain, responding promptly to our call for help. In both cases he was cordial, professional and highly skilled in efficiently resolving our problems. We happened to be baby sitting our grandchildren yesterday, and he took time to interact with them, as well as playfully engaging with our overly affectionate dog.

We can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to know that he is a resource we can count on to ""save the day"" in such a friendly, professional manner.

I recommend Smees for a number of reasons. Terry was quick to get back to me, and he arrived right on time for his appointment. He explained exactly how he would proceed with slow-moving drains, etc.

Fast and courteous service. Competent staff, and Best I can mostly a family business. Would happily recommend to anyone, but they are more expensive than other plumbing services I have used in the past. I guess back to the quote ""You get what you pay for.""


So if you are on a budget beware or upselling that might be more than you were expecting. While I highly recommend their work, make sure you know what the estimate is up front, and if you add any task or work ask how much more it's going to cost first.

Do not trust this company! If they fix something for you something else will break the following week!! Especially if they see a nice house, and if you are not watching constantly. They do not stand behind their work and will not return your call once they are out of your house. We had to learn our lesson the hard way and find out after spending a lot of money. It took us a while to understand what is going on since they are very slick. Be aware and do not trust them.
