Matt and Smash Plumbing helped again. They have done multiple jobs at my house like tankless water heater installation and misc. repairs. Yesterday, Matt and Aaron installed a water filtration system and as usual, an immaculate installation. Neither pipe under our sink was accessible as they were behind a false wall that had to be cut out. In addition, we had no angle stops for the kitchen sink, so if we ever had to do any repairs on the kitchen sink, we would have to shut off water to the entire house. Aaron did a beatiful job of cutting out an access hole, installing the angle stops, and installing the filtration system. He even put the access panel back on. It looks totally sanitary! As usual, I am super impressed with their craftsmenship and cleanliness as Aaron had drop clothes around the entire work area. When the job was completed, the area was spotless. I recently had a leak repair done by Smash Plumbing and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Aaron was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Aaron prioritized my job due to the severity and was able to see me first thing in the morning. He took pictures before and after to showed me the pinhole leak that sounded horrendous in my bathroom. Luckily it only sounded bad and was there was not as much water under the house as I had feared. He took the time to explain the problem to me in detail and had it diagnosed and fixed in less that an hour.

Matt is a dream of a plumber: knowledgeable, courteous, careful and customer-focused. He quickly diagnosed a couple of faucet problems I had in different rooms and regretfully told me that I'd need a new faucet for one of them (he doesn't like his customers to have to pay too much). My new faucet is great and he even found one that matches well with the no-longer-made original. He needed a part for the other problem and since he was out of town for a few days and thus not able to get right to it, he later installed the part for free because of the wait.
The plumbing profession needs more people like Matt.

When our water heater started to fail I reached out to my friends to see if anyone had recommendations. A good friend explained that they had a great experience with Smash Plumbing and so, I immediately gave them a call.

The service representatives were timely and professional. Christian, the tech that came out to initially assess the heater, gave me excellent advice for our water heater and recommended that we replace the old (13 years) unit.

The entire process was as painless as it could be. After meeting with him and following his suggestions of buying a new water heater he made the effort to install it the very next day. No problems, and no hassle what-so-ever. He was professional and methodical with his work.

During the installation we spoke and he gave me good advice for how to maintain our water heater and the pipes coming in and out of our condo.

My Tankless water heater basically blew up after years of working great. Aaron and Matt picked up the phone be the first ring and immediately trouble shooter the symptoms with me.

Without me asking they were on the phone with Navian ordering me replacement parts. Unfortunately the parts took a week to get her because of a holiday. Instead of me being without hot water for a week they came and set up a temporary water heater at no charge while we waited for the part.

I was shocked at the great level of service and care that I received from smash plumbing.
