My initial phone conversations with the owner went smoothly and efficiently. The service was scheduled for the next day, but the owner called later to reschedule for first thing on the morning of the following day, which worked just fine with me. The serviceman who swapped out my kitchen faucet for the newer-style faucet that I had bought on Amazon was also friendly and efficient. He got the job done quickly.

We contacted Matt to quote repiping our house after receiving a glowing referral from our real estate agent. Unfortunately after living in our home for several years we found out that a previous owner had installed copper pipe additions to the existing galvanized iron pipes. This was causing both the new and old pipes to corrode each other with multiple leaks in the crawl space. We were lucky nothing had burst.

Matt's repiping partner Aaron came out the same day (working late on a Friday, that's dedication), talked through what was going on, explained what we did and didn't need to replace, and gave us a reasonable quote right on the spot. We know it was reasonable because we got multiple quotes and SMASH was right in the middle of the pack, not suspiciously cheap or crazy expensive. These guys aren't trying to rip anyone off, and less than half of the quote we got from the big name plumbing company we talked to.

Overall, SMASH was quick, responsive, open and you can tell they take pride in their work. I will definitely be calling them up next time I need some plumbing work done.

We had one plumber come in to fix a leak around one toilet but his repair only worked temporarily. We then called Smash Plumbing and they showed up right away and did the job right. We were so impressed that we asked them to replace another toilet that was quite old. We scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time and finished the job quickly. We are extremely pleased with their work.

Matt and his team are friendly, professional and easy to work with. They explain everything and answered all of our questions. Work was done inside and outside of the house and we are very satisfied with what was done. Will definitely be calling them again if/when we have a plumbing issue.

Mathew came by and fixed a clogged sink. We had a discount because of our age. Insofar snaking it inside the drain he climbed a ladder. Snaked it on the roof. He was here less than 30 minutes. The price was over $222. A bit steep I felt. Mathew is a young friendly guy.

Smash Plumbing was quick, courteous and professional- they came the very same day, unblocked our drainage system and resolved the issue immediately. The online billing system is also very convenient.

Aaron has been the best Plumber I have ever used. To date he has re-piped my whole house and I'll never use another plumber. When our water heater went out he made a special trip back to the warehouse to pick up a water heater and installed it at midnight after he was off shift!

He has been here for us on so many occasions from small leaks and clogs to fixing exterior drainage problems. Aaron came out when we had all the rain a few years ago to fix a flooding issue on the side of our house that was draining into the garage. After much trouble shooting he discovered my paver guy never connected the drainage pipes under our new driveway. He was able to locate the spot and connect the pipes and only removed 4 pavers. My repair job was very minimal due to his work ethic and professional experience.

I really can't say enough about this man. He will always look out for you like you are family. That is how he has always treated us. I can't write enough in this review but never had someone go above and beyond like he has, in the pouring freezing rain, covered in mud he stayed until the job was done!

Excellent service - we had a very difficult to find pump that went out in our house, but Smash managed to get a replacement quickly and installed without a hitch!

Matt and his team did a great job of repiping drain line under the subfloor and putting new toilet bowls. Work looks clean plus he is very communicative which helps a lot.
