I was very happy to work with Smash Plumbing. Matt was knowledgeable and personable. We had been having water hammer issues and had been unable to figure out where it was coming from. He was able to examine our appliances and faucets and give advice on the most likely source even though of course the noise didn't occur while he was here. His hunch was spot on and solved the problem!

We worked with Smash Plumbing on disconnecting and capping a gas line. We sent Matt pictures over text and received a quote for the work. Given that it was a small job that would take ~30-60 minutes, Matt quoted us a reasonable hourly rate with one hour minimum. The work was done very professionally finished in under an hour.

Call smash plumbing on a Saturday to fix a clogged kitchen sink . Matt was quick to pick up, and was over in less than 30 mins. In the process he discovered a leak in the drain, and was able to fix the clog and the broken pipe in record time. I would definitely recommend smash plumbers and I will definitely call them again!

Struggled to get a callback, he blamed it on losing his phone. Ok so I was patient and waited and he finally came to give an estimate. It was generally in the same ballpark as others however he said he would send me a written quote and I never heard from him again.

Smash Plumbing wasn't going to be able to come out till the next day but when I told him of our problem he managed to squeeze us in which I was very appreciative of. The clean out hadn't been opened in probably 25 years and my adult son and buddies couldn't get it open no matter what they used or how hard they tried (this was the night before). Smash figured out how to do it and put a new cap on so if needed again won't be as difficult.
At first I felt the price was high but you do get what you pay for and I ended up feeling fine after the time,effort, and expertise that was put into this and loved the fact Smash is local and grew up right in our area.

If your job requires immediate attention, they are there ready to address it. Being dependable is a huge attribute.

If your plumbing needs are not immediate they will work with your time frame.

My initial phone conversations with the owner went smoothly and efficiently. The service was scheduled for the next day, but the owner called later to reschedule for first thing on the morning of the following day, which worked just fine with me. The serviceman who swapped out my kitchen faucet for the newer-style faucet that I had bought on Amazon was also friendly and efficient. He got the job done quickly.

We contacted Matt to quote repiping our house after receiving a glowing referral from our real estate agent. Unfortunately after living in our home for several years we found out that a previous owner had installed copper pipe additions to the existing galvanized iron pipes. This was causing both the new and old pipes to corrode each other with multiple leaks in the crawl space. We were lucky nothing had burst.

Matt's repiping partner Aaron came out the same day (working late on a Friday, that's dedication), talked through what was going on, explained what we did and didn't need to replace, and gave us a reasonable quote right on the spot. We know it was reasonable because we got multiple quotes and SMASH was right in the middle of the pack, not suspiciously cheap or crazy expensive. These guys aren't trying to rip anyone off, and less than half of the quote we got from the big name plumbing company we talked to.

Overall, SMASH was quick, responsive, open and you can tell they take pride in their work. I will definitely be calling them up next time I need some plumbing work done.
