They had a scheduling snafu the day they were to come fix my toilet and couldn't find me on the schedule, but the rep was very apologetic and said he'd send someone out right away. They came quickly and changed my leaky toilet valve fast, and also gave me a couple of quick diagnostic theories on the low hot water pressure issue in my shower. A previous plumber had told me the shower water pressure issue was operator error with my multi-function shower head and scolded me for wasting his time on a free house call (will never call them again), even tho I told him the issue presents only with hot water and not cold. Toilet doesn't leak anymore and looking forward to scheduling my shower fix with Smart Rooter. Sam was very nice and communicative with good advice.

Had a dinner prep disaster and ended up surfing in my kitchen! Called the first five closest plumbers shown in maps and Sam was the first to call back and he was here in 10 minutes! He gave me a very fair quote to either fix the immediate problem or to replace the piping and get rid of the bends and the flex pipe to reduce vibration. I'm so happy we can wash dishes tonight! Sam was polite and gracious and wore shoe covers to enter the house. Thanks so much, Sam! (Now need to train mom not to over stuff the garbage disposal with calabasa squash and seeds!)

You need to read this: I called two plumbers to fix what a no show contractor did before he left. Peter Levy came unprepared and said ""we'll try to get you on the schedule soon!"" Sure, Peter Levy, maybe some other time. Sal from Smart Rooter came, gave me a price and went to work. Fixed and installed everything and very clean work at a fair price. Why you need to read this? Three months later I notice a bad leak under the kitchen sink. I called Smart Rooter, Sal came back and found another mistake my ex-contractor made and fixed it for free. He went to Home Depot and purchased the parts, installed them and even bought me two extra parts if I wanted to cap off the piece in the future. He spent four hours doing this! No charge! Even for the parts! He didn't want me to think it was his work that leaked, which it wasn't. Who does this? Smart Rooter. Why would you ever call anyone else? This is what a professional does.
