Sam was very helpful and efficient. Granted, he did not make the first appointment we had set up on the phone, but as soon as I called again, Sam was at my house within 10 minutes of the phone call. And what seemed like a endless job, Sam was able to finish within 15 minutes, even less!

My girlfriend and I woke up this morning to find no hot water for the shower. I tried to troubleshoot the hot water heater myself with no success.
