Sam Singh did a great job with our plumbing needs. Although he did not come at the estimated time of arrival (about an hour on top of the hour we were informed he'd be there), the service was everything we could have hoped for. Sam comes with professional courtesy, a fair price and great work ethic to get the job done. Our job was oddly specific, so I'm sure there's no job too big or small for Sam.

Excellent and trustworthy plumber.

Literally called this morning and he was out within 2 hours. Sam came at the time he said he would and evaluated the situation without any pressure or sales pitch. He was upfront with what the issue was and was not (we mistakenly thought it was something else causing the clog). Communication was great and he let me know how to avoid something like this in the future. He cleared the drain line quick and efficiently. He offered very competitive pricing and was very friendly.

Will go to Sam for any future plumbing needs.

I was in need for a quick appointment, the kitchen sink was leaking. I called Smart Rooter to get a time frame to take a look. Very prompt had the situation under control. He replaced the faucet and fixed the cabinet. Very professional.

Second visit, I needed to fix the overflow drain in the bathroom. There was no easy access. Sam discussed the solutions with me creating a access door to aide in the future of any clogging issues, we have 3 dogs and we bathe them in there from time to time.
Sam and his assistant arrived not knowing what they were up against. They fixed it in a timely manner and left things all shiny and clean.

My kitchen drain was plugged up for 3 days, we tried different chemicals, electrical snake, nothing helped. I decided to look for plumbers on yelp. When PG&E shuts your gas off on a Saturday because you smelled gas, you panic. But we found Sam and Smart Rooter and he was able to come within 2 hours of us talking.

We told him we had a leak and proceeded to check things out quite professionally. Sam had to crawl under the house to find the source of the leak and along the way took photos videos for us so we could see what was going on.

He made my father feel good about the repairs being made and he stayed behind long enough for PG&E to come back and approve the work before he accepted payment(which, btw, we also felt was a fair price.)

All in All, Sam saved the day and we highly recommend him for any plumbing or gas work you need done.

Sam rescued us from an expensive exterior drain repair. My husband and I were ready to give up. We rented all sorts of plumbing tools from home depot, the drain camera $160.00 + the 50ft snake $60.00 and finally the 100 ft snake $80.00. None worked on our drains. Sam offered to check the drain for free and only if he cleared the clog then we would have to pay. We agreed. He was able to clear most of the clog. He then told us we had a bigger issue and that we should call Rodeo Sanitary District because his equipment in the drain was hitting a metal obstruction. It turned out, our exterior drain was never reconnected to the main sewer lines when repairs to our street were made 3 months ago. What makes Sam exceptional is that he stuck around until the representative from the district showed up. Sam made sure we weren't being lied to and that the real issue was addressed. The water district was at fault and the next day we were reconnected. We were taken care of by Sam and the sanitary district. Thanks guys!

Sam came over and gave me free estimate. He was willing to come over on 4th of July to repair my sink leak which no other plumber wanted to do. He came by the next day and got everything fixed. He even gave me discount because he was few minutes late. He installed few items free of charge. He gave me 2 years warranty on all the installed items and told me that he'll come over any time if something went wrong.

We have had bad experiences with big name Roto plumbers and those who call themselves Superior to others. Hesitant to deal with a lingering sewer like smell, we knew we had to bite the bullet. Sam hooked us up with new pipes under our house after discovering they had corroded all the way through. Even though the job turned out to be more than we all expected, Sam and Sal stayed all day to get it done, showing us along the way, the camera inspection and keeping us well informed. We will be using Smart Rooter and Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs and it feels good to know we finally have a plumber we can rely on and trust. This is an honest review without being asked or paid for it.

Sam and his helper came out on July 4 to fix our undersink leak by replacing the valves and reattaching the faucet. We negotiated a price I could live with.
