My laundry room sink was clogged and I couldn't wash clothes anymore. I tried to use a small snake and a plunger but nothing worked. I called smart rooter and plumbing early Monday and left a message to Jim. 5 minutes later I received a text saying he will contact me in the afternoon and at 1:30 pm he confirmed he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed that the kitchen was the issue and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and tested the drain a long time to make all was ok. He is so professional on time and affordable than I can only praise him for his service. Thank you

Had great service from these guys for my shower drain problems. They responded right away to my inquiry and were communicative about arrival time. In addition to fixing the problem I called about, they noticed another issue and spent a lot of time fixing it, but stuck to their original labor estimate on what they charged me (besides parts for the second fix). And they were super nice about my barking dog. Will definitely use them again if I need a plumber.

These guys were great. They replied quickly and were here the next day to fix the problem. I found out I needed a new toilet and they suggested that I pick out the one I wanted at Home Depot to save on cost. I did just that and they came the next day and installed it. They fixed all my leaks, which worried me because of the drought. The price was very reasonable and they told me what would charge before doing the work, no cost for the estimate. We had a leak in a toilet that caused an overflow in one of our bathrooms. We gave Smart Rooter & Plumbing a call and they came to check it out 30 minutes later. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and our toilet was up and running again within 30 minutes. They were prompt, flexible, professional, and highly knowledgable. Oh no!!! Had a water heater fail at 6:30 in the morning where the drain valve popped off and dumped 30 gallons of hot water all over my place. Cleaned it up and proceeded to find a plumber that would answer the phone at 7:00 in the morning. Left several messages with about half a dozen plumbers in the area and Jim at SmartRooter was only one to return my call within the hour. He truly is on the ball 24/7, which led me to believe he is truly about customer service. After hanging up, he was here within 50 minutes...talk about caring, I like it!

He and his crew were masked ala COVID, courteous, and protected the work surface...they demonstrated that they were truly are professionals even before turning one wrench. As 99.9% of us have that dread of the unknown house problems and if who you called would get it done right. Smart Rooter is the real deal. In my case it was clear that the unit needed be replaced, since it was way over due, who knew water heaters needed to be replaced every 15-20 years, its not a life time item folks. Jim also diagnosed a problem with the ""isolation valve"" in the plumbing which also needed to be swapped out since the valve was 30+ yrs old along with the water heater. He got that replaced while pulling out the old unit. They came back with a replacement water heater and necessary hardware in a couple of hours. Nice to see they had a true plumbing brand unit with them and not some do it yourself big-box store unit, you truly get what you pay for in my experience. They spent the next few hours setting up the water heater with requisite hardware and safety parts. And finally took to the time to double check functioning and explained the settings on it.

In less than a day he got the job done and hot water was running at home again, yay! I wouldn't hesitate to call Jim and SmartRooter again. He took the time to explain what the problem was, came up with a fair quote, got the replacement, installed it properly and cleaned up...no plumber dread or butt crack here. They will take care of you and your waterworks!!!

Jimmy came out in an hour after I called. He was professional and did a great job for my dad. He had a clog that cause the kitchen water to come out of the bathroom sink. We would definitely use this company again for any plumbing issues.

Jim and Randy did a great job! They have brand new equipment and their snake cleared our drain and the replaced the pipe we had broke in a jiffy! They really are ""smart"" and deduced our problem, fixed it, checked their work 3 times to be certain. I'll be calling them again when it comes time to redo the kitchen! They even cleaned up everything before they left! Who does that?
