I was referred to Gary through my realtor and I will be using Gary for all things plumbing. He was able to fix the piping under the sink that the previous owner installed incorrectly, install the water line to our fridge and went above and beyond to ensure the water line was connected to our refrigerator when the fridge delivery people were not capable of installing it themselves. I was also having an issue with my dishwasher that did not drain and he recommended I contact my home warranty so I can get this fixed covered! Thank you Gary!!

They were very good and probably the only light to keeping a home warranty company since they used Smart Plumbing Solutions (SPS). SPS worked with me well and helped solve the problem right away. I had 3 quotes prior to who all stated that it would have taken 2-3 hrs. These guys came and took less than 2 to replace a water pressure regulator. I highly recommend using SPS for your problems!

I am so grateful to have found Gary! A leaking hot water heater is an awful start to the day, and it was so old there was no question it needed to be replaced. Gary was able to get to me that morning, arriving right at the time we planned. Used their services 3 times over the last one year. Twice for my dental office and once for my home.

My new dental office needed a complete rebuilding of the water lines system. All of the work has passed the City inspections from FIRST TIME.

A gas leak was detected at my office 2 months ago. Gary and Smart Plumbing Solutions addressed it all again. Complete rebuild of all gas lines. Amazing work.
