I have hired Smart Plumbing Project to replace a badly deteriorated sewer lateral at a commercial building in San Francisco's Chinatown. Previously I have contacted a couple of other well known nationwide plumbing companies both of which recommended thousands of dollars in inspections prior to giving us a work estimate. Ludwing from Smart Plumbing Project recommended to use the funds that would have been otherwise spent on inspection fees towards the replacement cost of the sewer lateral to prevent any future flooding and not try to quick fix such an antiquated system. Their bid was very competitive and I agreed to have the sewer lateral replaced. The project was finished on schedule and on budget even though they ran into some complications. I have since worked with Ludwing on other projects would strongly recommend Smart Plumbing Project to anyone in need of a reliable plumber.
