Highly Recommend!!! Smart Plumbers & Rooters are prompt to respond, very reasonably priced, and employ skilled craftsmen. Our business had a very large emergency drainage problem on a busy weekend. Initially we called Roto-Rooter, who was disappointing to say the least. They could/would not fix our issue so we turned to Smart Plumbers and are so glad that we did! The problem was not an easy one but their technician, Anthony, never gave up. He was kind and respectful, explaining everything that he was doing step by step. Each roadblock was discussed with my team and we never felt left out of the process. A second technician was called in and together they worked on the problem. Even though it took 3 days to resolve our severe drainage issue, they never gave up or seemed annoyed with the task. I can't say enough great things about this company, and Anthony specifically. We look forward to using their services for all of our plumbing needs going forward!

Avoid this business at all cost! They up charge services and dodge contact altogether when we dispute. For our job, they quoted $70 for a follow up work after unclogging our toilet. The next day, they came out and charged $700. The whole job to hydro jetting toilet drain line costed $1400, much higher than other businesses. We tried to reach out to dispute but the owner refused to answer altogether. Worst plumber experience!

Honest business practices that is rare to see these days. I'm making Smart Plumbers and Rooters my go to plumber. I called multiple plumbers to get an estimate before they do any work. Many plumbers want to charge me $50-100 for just a quote. Many refused to provide an estimate for a standard sewage cleaning over the phone. Smart Plumbers gave me a reasonable estimate on the phone and the final quote was lower in person. I have experience with contractors who used a bait and switches with their quotes. I paid 2x the price to Roto-rooter last time for the same service and they didn't use my cleanout. Smart plumber was able to identify the sewage cleanout and solve my backup issues remotely when I was away at work.

Smart, honest, reliable. I'm glad I've found Smart Plumbers & Rooters and they're not too far from my place. They're quick and gives free estimates and are almost always available even on weekends. And they've charged the same on any day's of service and the charges are very fair. I've referred them already to some of my friends.
