I had a problem with my toilet and called Smart Plumbers. They were professional and informative and had patience with my questions. Chris called me to give me a rough estimate and he then came out to do the job on the same day.He was so nice and a pleasure to work with. He even checked the rest of the bathrooms and did not charge me for checking those and fine tuning. I would highly recommend this company!!

Patrick was great. He knew his stuff very well. He not only fixed our faucet issue but we found another issue after we set the appt, which required him to do some extra work but since he forgot to tell me it had extra costs just to look the problem he cut the fee in half! He even looked over one of my repairs and I gave him free reign to replace, it but he said it looked good. Again saving me money! I have used Smart several (over 4 times) over the years and we get different guys but every time they have respected my time, my house, and my wallet. Plus and get the job done! While I don't look forward to plumbing issues I do know who I will call when I get them.

I get back from spring break vacation to find that the water heater decided to die while I was gone for the week and flood my basement. I turned to fellow Yelpers for help. I picked three companies to come out for estimates. Smart Plumbers was the last one to show up that day. Not only did they provide the lowest estimate, I also located them in the Diamond Certified directory too. I decided to go with them.

My water heater is in a difficult spot in the garage with not much room to work. Alex was here for 4.5 hours, but he got it done. He was exhausted at the end of the job, but always smiling. The water is nice and hot and I even got some pressure back! I'm a fan!

Had years of good service from Smart plumbers, but the last experience was not a positive one. We called the plumber who came in to fix problem A, and in process messed up our Reverse Osmosis. Understand that things like this happen, so we called the owner and he suggested another plumber who knows RO really well. This plumber showed up and asked for $$ to fix it. At which point I called the owner again and explained that it wasnt ours to pay because the issue started when Plumber #1 was fixing problem A. After much debate and discussion with the owner, he informed me that I would have to wait and that I would have to pay. Not cool. Eventually I called another plumber, entered into a contract with them and fixed the issue at lower cost. We had been working with Smart Plumbers for 3 years until this issue.. and clearly that meant nothing to them. I had to take several mornings off work to get the issue fixed. NOT COOL. I understand they just went through a merger, and that may have something to do with the issue, because they were not this customer unfriendly before

RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS FROM SMART PLUMBERS:

Incorrect. Actually he opened up the pipes to the RO, and attempted to clean them. Quite frankly, if you'd just accept that there was an issue and have attempted to work it through with me, I wouldn't have posted this. The attitude is frustrating. I rest my case.

Our water heater sprung a leak on a holiday of all days. Smart Plumbers sent Chris almost immediately. We were expecting a few days' turnaround, since our water heater is up in the attic, which complicates things quite a bit. Chris arranged to get the whole thing done NEXT DAY. We were beside ourselves with relief. He also contacted the manufacturer himself to get a replacement under warranty. All we paid for was labor.

This is one of many instances of Smart Plumbers coming to the rescue in a timely, honest, and economical manner. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Called Smart Plumbers with an extremely difficult plumbing situation which 3 other plumbing companies could not fix. They arrived right on time, knew exactly what to look for, and gave me the best options for fixing my problem. Within that day, everything was fixed, and was also a lot less than expected. They did a great job and cleaned everything before they left. I will be recommending Smart Plumbers, they are a knowledgeable and trustworthy company.

Recently we had a question regarding a potential water leak in the bathroom shower area following extensive work that had been completed on all our drains and other plumbing connections. Federico of Smart Plumbers performed a thorough video inspection of the overall area and pinpointed the source of concern.....the shower stall's poor tile sealing condition. He was very professional and completed the investigation in minimum time. We witnessed the video with Federico and were able to pass along his advice to the shower repair experts.

We had Smart Plumbers out for a problem with my son's house, and once again, they were wonderful. My son has a home warranty for a new house, and the first plumber who came out (not Smart Plumbers) took 5 days and only made the problem worse. We decided to ditch the warranty since their plumbers were so bad, and called Smart Plumbers. Glad we did. We called on Saturday night, and Fredrico came out Sunday morning at 9am, exactly as promised. He provided us with a reasonable price for the work and we gave the go ahead.
He quickly diagnosed the issue using a sewer camera, cleaned out the clog, and then worked very hard for the next 4 hours making sure EVERY pipe within the house we well cleaned out using a high pressure hyrdo jet cleaner. He patiently showed me everything he was doing and explained what he saw as he was using the camera to inspect our pipes. He had us test every bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room to make sure everything was flowing well, showing us on the camera the flow of water from each area of the house. The amount of paper and gunk he was able to remove was amazing. The pictures of our pipe before and after cleaning were like night and day. It was clear the the prior plumber had just moved the clog from one part of our house down to another part. That is why it stopped up again, But Fredrico made sure the pipes were completely clean. As always, we were given a 90 day warranty, which I have used in the past for my house without any issues. Nice to know people who really do stand behind their work.

Thanks once again, Smart Plumbers, for the fast service, reasonable prices and friendly competent staff. Fredrico was terrific.
