We've called Smart Choice Plumbing for several jobs! Keith replaced the outgoing pipes from our house and did an excellent job a couple of years ago, so when our water heater went out last weekend Smart Choice was our FIRST choice. We had a new water heater installed and good to go the very next day! Later this week, we had several smaller plumbing things go awry (toilet seal, sink clog) and Smart Choice took care of those the same day we called. Keith is punctual, professional, and an all around pleasure to work with. We'll be calling Smart Choice for ALL our plumbing needs.

Working with Keith and his team from Smart Choice Plumbing has been a fantastic experience. Keith assessed the initial faucet leak, then talked with me about updating other fixtures and toilets, now 25 years old and in need of repair. Smart Choice Plumbing and more importantly Keith(not Sweat) are amazing and top notch! I went to perform what I thought would be a straightforward sink valve replacement and ended up shearing the fitting off inside the wall. Gotta love old houses. Well I called Smart Choice at 3:30 and Keith answered right away. Said he would be there at 5. He got there early and was finished by 5:30! All this was the day before the 4th of July! Most contractors would probably be too busy. They saved the day. I highly recommend!

Fast, honest and reliable business. I would recommend Smart Choice Plumbing to anyone in a heartbeat. I hired them to fix the clogged drain and in addition to resolving the issue, they also replaced the pipes that were corroded, ran snake through the pipes twice, and explained everything what they are going to do. The final bill was twice cheaper than the nearest competitor. Definitely saving this company's business card and will be calling them first if plumbing services are needed. A+ all around!

On Sunday late afternoon we discovered that the sewer line under our house had broken resulting in a stinky nasty mess pooling in a corner under the house Too Gross!! I called Smart Choice immediately and Keith and one other gentleman were at our house 1st thing Monday morning and were quite timely in fixing the problem. The situation had been described to Keith in advance and they came well prepared with material to deal with the pooled mess that worked since we no longer can smell it in the house. Plus price was reasonable given this emergency situation. Highly recommend.

In the middle of remodeling our master bathroom, the water pipes got burst in late Friday afternoon. Water was gushing out from the flower bed and flooded down the street since our house was located up on the hill. The remodeling was already a bit stressful, but the broken water pipes on Friday at 5 PM made it worse. We called a number of plumbing services on Yelp and many of them were closed for the day. For some places, the intake process was painfully long and we were told that they could send out a person after several hours.

And we got connected with Keith. One of many things we appreciated about him was that he understood our sense of urgency. To me, that is a sign of empathy. He was straightforward, yet kind and extremely personable. He said he would take care of it as if this was his house. That simple comment meant a lot to us. He came to our house the following day with his team and replaced the broken pipes with copper. His team worked fast and efficiently. The quality of work his team did was impeccable.

From now on, Keith will be our go-to person when it comes to any plumbing-related issues. I rarely put any business cards on our refrigerator (aesthetically not appealing to me) but this time I let my husband do so because of how we felt about his service. Thank you, Keith!
