Chris m.I called them to give me an estimate, we agreed on an time range. I was available 30 minutes before so I called them to let them know just in case they could come earlier and they confirmed the appointment. 45 minutes after the appointment window I received a call saying they couldn't make it b/c of a plumbing emergency....no problem, we rescheduled for a few days later at a time (I'm not going to ask about a septic take emergency.) The new time has passed and nothing, no call, email, telegraph, or anything. I was hoping to hire a local person (.5 miles away, I saw their truck at their house) but apparently they don't want the business.
