Once again, SJP comes through in a pinch. Bathtub won't shut off (stem is stripped), at 10pm, and I had to shut off the water to the whole house.

Call and leave a message. Next day I am able to schedule someone for 3:30p. But then they call at noon asking if they can come by. By about 12:45p they have fixed the issue and we have water again.

These folks are professional, friendly, and know their stuff. I highly recommend them.

While having a full cabin full of guests we had a pipe leak under our cabin causing chaos. Damon was able to come out the very same day to assess the situation and then was able to get a repair scheduled for the next day. What was estimated to be a 3 hour repair job turned out to be 5 hours due to more damage under the cabin due to really really poor plumbing work done prior to our purchase of the property. They were super diligent and continued to update us on the progress. Super friendly guys and really know what they are doing. So thankful they were able to get the issue fixed and so soon! Damon at Small Jobs Plumbing helped us replace a couple bathroom faucets. There were a couple issues after the install (not his fault, we we have old pipes). Small Jobs Plumbing has a warranty on any work they do so Damon came back a couple times at no cost until everything was absolutely perfect. This company truly stands by their work and are lovely people to interact with. They have the best customer service and have totally won me over as a loyal customer from here on out.

Small Jobs replaced all the plumbing under my old house and also re-routed it in such a way that made it more efficient toward the outside of the house/main sewer line. It took 3-4 days in my very small crawl space, a job that a couple others plumbers who I called first didn't want to tackle. The Small Jobs team was so nice, and happily answered all my questions. It was evident that they actually liked their jobs and working together on this challenging project; a nice change from service people who are grumpy and obviously don't like what they're doing. The handle on our water shut off valve got broken off. Sean came and checked it out as well as our garbage disposal which was not working well. Sean told me exactly what to do get the water turned off so we were ready when he came to do the work.
Sean arrived on time...He was thorough and professional explaining to us all that we needed to know about the plumbing that was being replaced.

Ryan came out to give me a quote on a sewer lateral line replacement, as well as some other projects. He was able to fix a persistent plumbing problem the same time he came out for an estimate.
