For me 5 stars = no room for improvement. I've just had another perfect job completed by Small Jobs. (They've worked on our sewer line, replaced toilets and faucets, you name it) Damon and Chris came and replaced my ancient water heater. My situation was not totally straight forward as the clown who built our building did some creative work when running the pipes. But Damon (VERY knowledgeable!) talked with me at length and experimented a little bit and shed some light on the situation in addition to getting the new water heater installed. As always, they were on time, did the work as quoted, and left no sign that they were even here. Heather et al in the office were also easy, responsive and friendly to work with. Electronic estimates to your email you can sign off on digitally. If you need a plumber, give Small Jobs a try. I've never felt jerked around, overcharged or unhappy. In fact they will guide you through making decisions so you're only paying for work you really need. Thank you Damon and Chris! Great job today!

We had been having problems with showers and toilets backing up within 3 months of having a sewer service (not Small Jobs Plumbing) out to do sewer line clean outs. The 3rd time it happened the sewer service company gave us the contact info for Small Jobs Plumbing and told us we might have a break or some other issue. I phoned Small Jobs and Ryan came out the next day with a camera to put down the pipe and a sonar device to track the camera. Using the sonar device Ryan was able to find the place where the camera was unable to move forward to locate the problem. He was very helpful, explaining everything he was doing and what he had found.
Within a few days they had marked the street and called 811 so the utilities could mark all their lines before digging. This was all done while the office was in constant contact with me by text to let me know what was going on. As soon as the utilities signed off Ryan and a helper were here to dig down to the problem area. A section of pipe was completely filled with roots and was broken in several areas. They replaced the pipe, installed a clean out, and put everything back as it was in one day, so we weren't inconvenienced for too long. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Great communication, knowledge, and friendly service made a stressful event much easier.

My 84 year old mother needed a plumber to come out today as she had no hot water. She called and there was a tech out in no time. A small service call fee was charged and he cleaned out a dusty area within her water heater area and got things working. She felt informed and safe which is very important. I had a leak in my master bedroom drain. I called Small Jobs Plumbing, and we were able to schedule the initial consultation in a timely manner. Damon came out to the house, and no time was able to determine the problem. He advised on the best (and cheapest) way to fix the problem, and we then scheduled the job. He came out on time and had the job done within an hour or so on the appointed day. Small Jobs Plumbing probably isn't the cheapest company around, but they were reliable and on time, which is what I'm looking for in a plumber. I'd use them again.
