Lois C.The only company that answered the phone on a Saturday morning. The owner, Sal said he'd try to squeeze us in since we had been without heat for 6 days and hot water for 2. I got a call less than 30 minutes later from the technician who apologized for calling early, but could he come over right now. Noel was in the house about 10 minutes when the heat came back on. He installed a new water heater in about 2 hours. To say we're happy with these guys is a massive understatement. We had been jerked around by another company for a week prior to this.
Michael S.If this is what you are hoping for after spending 15 THOUSAND dollars on a new HVAC system, then SM Mechanical is the place for you! In case you can't read it, thermostat is at 80 degrees...and that is on the FIRST floor. It's even balmier upstairs 84!. I contacted the owner weeks ago, he took issue with ME for not contacting him sooner and STILL sent no one out. Texted me to call the office....and he is the owner. All you need to know.
This is a brand new a/c unit...I would like to think if I owned the company I would want to make sure the system I designed and installed worked. Apparently that is not the case.
