I called to arrange a plumber to contact me regarding a Hot Water Tank pilot issue. 4 days have past and still haven't received a call back. Obviously they are very unprofessional. Don't use this Company.

Last week, ConEdison severed a gas supply line into a property I own resulting in no gas supply to the building.

When ConEdison were contacted they informed me that they were working in the street close to the building replacing old gas supply lines, and had inadvertently closed off the gas supply from the street to the building next door, and that this gas line continued into my building, . This resulted in no gas supply to my property for the gas hot water supply cylinder or gas stove. Hence, no hot water or gas stove supply to tenants.

ConEdison then proceeded to reinstate the gas supply from the street, but after this was done ConEdison then informed that I needed to engage a ConEdison Licensed Plumber to carry out a ""pressure test"" (at my expense) before the reconnected supply could be turned back on.

I was referred to Larry Grossman at LLG Plumbing and within hours he had a test crew out check the pressure and arranged for ConEdison to turn the gas supply back on within a day.

I received really excellent speedy service and fully recommend this company.
