As luck would have it, my boiler, heaved its last breath just days before I was leaving on a vacation that I anticipated for a lifetime. I quickly contacted my usual boiler guy, another highly recommended guy, and Scott & Jared of Slopeside. I not only had to make a decision on other reviews about quality, but I had to factor in who I felt best about having in my home while I was halfway across the world. I picked Slopeside and I wasn't disappointed. They had a full schedule but slipped my work in around their other jobs and had my house toasty by the time I returned a month later. They cleaned up beautifully after themselves. When I got home they took me on a tour of their work and gave me clear instructions on monitoring my boiler and hot water heating, setting my new app-driven thermostat, and setting up yearly maintenance. They are really fine people with extraordinary skills (all they do is install boilers, not any other plumbing), reasonably priced, and providing extraordinary care, far above industry standards.

My hot water heater decided to act up while I was out of town. Scott from Slopeside plumbing responded to my phone call right away and quickly set up a time to come and check out the problem. He arrived on time and assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. The job was done quickly, efficiently, cleanly, and to my complete satisfaction. These guys are amazing and do a very good job! I now have hot water. Yay! I highly recommend Slopeside Plumbing and Heating.

We needed to replace our water tank that was connected to a boiler as well as assorted pipes. Slopeside was phenomenal. They were 20%+ less than other quotes that I received, easy to communicate with and very fast. They kept everything super clean, and the team was beyond nice. These guys were highly recommended for my boiler replacement, I called them, they came right out, seemed very competent, checked everything out, and they said they'd send me a quote. That was four months ago. I called/texted in two weeks, three weeks, four weeks, got distracted for a while, then called/texted again in eight weeks, with never a response from Scott or Jared. I'm looking for other plumbers now for this job and Slopeside popped up, so I had to share my less than stellar experience.

Several little things that needed to be fixed on our new home (well new to us) - I think the seller might have tried to DIY some plumbing items resulting in reversed hot/cold, upside down cartridges, leaks and the like. Scott showed up punctually when he said he would and knocked out several items with his colleague at once. Badabing badaboom. Will have him back to install faucet etc. Super happy with how quickly and efficiently he got everything done for us. Will be my go-to plumber going forward.

Slopeside was very responsive which is a real treasure up here in Summit County and most importantly they know what they're doing. They fixed a couple problems that were missed or misdiagnosed by the company we had out before. We've used them twice and Slopeside really saved us in a pinch when we were out of town or the 2nd big issue. Very reliable and trustworthy!

So glad our realtor recommended Scott and Slopeside for the minor repairs called for in the inspection for the Condo we were selling. It as a small job calling for a hard to find part and Scott stayed on it and got everything perfect for our closing.
