They came to fix a stopped up drain ONE month ago ,way over priced but I felt I had no choice and knowing nothing about plumbing I paid what they asked . Everyone has told me how stupid I was to pay the am I paid . The worst part is that it is stopped up again . They came out last night and told me it was stopped up in a different part and that the sewer needed draining . However a camera has been ran down the pipe and the sewer is not full . So now I'm out a shit load of money and still have the same problem.

Jonathan (Mr Slone) came to our house yesterday, 9 Aug 22, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came earlier than he said he would (which was great)!
Came back this morning, 10 Aug 22, and fixed the issue! He and Caleb were extremely courteous and professional! He gave me a quote yesterday and was quick to inform me that the price would not change, even if he had to go get a part that he might not have on his truck! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Tri-Cities area that might find themselves in need of plumbing services.
