Someone picked up the phone right away. Mark gave me his thoughts on my issue over the phone which is a lot more than most places will do. He wasn't sure SLO Trenchless would be the best fit for me since my issue is possibly just a drain needing cleared, but offered to stop by to look at it. No one is this responsive or helpful anymore! Very very impressed with this business and though I do not need them right now, I'll call them first and no one else in the future if I do need them.

We had our lateral sewer line replaced by SLO Trenchless and couldn't be more pleased. Mark and Hana were easy to talk to and we're always available to answer my questions. They got to our job quickly, took care of the permit(s) and inspection(s), provided us with a video of the completed job and even filed the City's rebate application for us!
I would definitely recommend them!

The owner, Mark Alonzo, is very responsive and straightforward. He did a thorough inspection of my failing sewer line, gave me a prompt proposal for the work and was able to schedule the week long project within a few weeks. He showed up as scheduled, communicated well with my neighbors regarding traffic disruptions while working in the street. Traffic control signage was well done. He handled the permitting and city inspection. He kept me appraised of when my sewer would be out of service and reconnected at the end of each day so I wasn't without sewer service over night. The street repaving was well done and he left my property in better shape than before the work was done. I hope I never have to replace a sewer line again, but I would definitely use SLO Trenchless again if I did.

SLO Trenchless replaced my old and dilapidated Orangeburg sewer main line from my house to the manhole in the street. This company was professional from the start to the very end. The work was completed timely, the patch in the street was PERFECT. They took care of traffic control, City permits, inspections, everything. I wasn't even bothered while they did their work. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
